Memex, its new planned supercomputer, is a departure from DARPA’s usual robots and drones

Perhaps you’ve heard of DARPA, the Department of Defense sci-fi offshoot known for its robot hummingbirds and mind-controlled artificial arms.

Earlier this week, the Virginia-based agency put out a curious announcement: It wants to find human traffickers using a specially developed supercomputer.   Continue reading “DARPA Plans to Hunt Down Human Traffickers Using the Deep Web”

Multiple West Virginia schools closed after sending hundreds of poisoned students home, some vomiting and dizzy, and at least child to the hospital this week, but officials lifted the pregnant women water warning. After nearly a month of at least 300,000 West Virginians’ daily exposure to dangerous chemicals, media continues reporting a ”smell” is making people, instead of the reality that a poison is injuring and sickening people.

A mystery coal industry poison, a toxic brew including but not limited to MCHM and PHh, that smells like licorice, poisoned so many children and youth ill in Kanawha County, five schools closed this week.   Continue reading “Poisoned, Vomiting, Hospitalized W. Va. Children Close Schools. Media Still Censors ‘Poison’ Word”

Editor’s Note: You’ve stocked your pantry. You’ve prepared your supplies and reserves at off-site locations. You’ve developed skills like shooting, food production and trauma care. You have primary, secondary and tertiary plans for evacuating your home or digging in and defending it. For all intents and purposes, you’re ready. At the very least you’re more prepared than 95% of the country. There is no doubt that if you’ve taken steps to prepare for an emergency or disaster ahead of time that your odds of survival have increased significantly.    Continue reading “The One Thing You Need To Survive: “Everything Else Is Just Talking and Wishful Thinking””

Along with campaigns against fracking and climate change, perhaps the largest and most dynamic grassroots movement in North America today is the anti-genetic engineering, Millions Against Monsanto food movement.

Last May and October, as part of a global “March Against Monsanto,” over a million protestors, many for the first time, marched and picketed in hundreds of cities and towns across North America, calling for mandatory labels or bans on GMOs (Genetically Modified Organisms).    Continue reading “Food Fights, Corporate Trade Agreements, and States’ Rights: Democracy or Corporatocracy?”

According to Dr. Leonard Horowitz, 528 Hertz is a frequency that is central to the “musical mathematical matrix of creation.” More than any sound previously discovered, the “LOVE frequency” resonates at the heart of everything. It connects your heart, your spiritual essence, to the spiraling reality of heaven and earth.

The Love frequency is the “Miracle” note of the original Solfeggio musical scale. Independently confirmed by researchers, these core creative frequencies were used by ancient priests and healers in advanced civilizations to manifest miracles and produce blessings.   Continue reading “The Love Frequency 528 Hz”

You just have to see this to believe it. Once you do several things become clear. First the Obamacare team is getting desperate, and secondly they’ve NEVER bought advertising in the private sector as they have absolutely no clue as what effective advertising looks like.

This is one of the stupidest advertisements I have ever seen and a COMPLETE waste of taxpayer dollars. My guess is not one person will sign up for Obamacare as a result of this ad!   Continue reading “DESPERATION: Using Animals to Sell Obamacare – SO BAD you have to see it to believe it!”

More than 720,000 customers are without power in eastern and central Pennsylvania on Wednesday morning as a messy mix of snow, sleet and freezing rain from Winter Storm Nika hit the state.

Freezing rain accumulated an estimated one-quarter to one-third of an inch in the Philadelphia and Trenton, N.J. metro areas. Driving conditions are bad in many areas. Ice weighted down power lines and caused branches to break.   Continue reading “Winter Storm Nika: Ice Cuts Power to More Than 720,000 in Pennsylvania”

I just want to give you all a heads up!

My debit card information was stolen. They started to use my card yesterday. They only got two charges through and it threw up a red flag and the fraud division of my bank put a hold on my card! The stores that the thieves shopped at and were successful were web hosting and Dr. Jays. When they purchased at Dr. Jays, the transaction was from New York and that threw the red flag. They tried to charge $1019 at Best Buy, another $300 something at Best Buy, another $300 something at NBA.com, another $300 something at Dr. Jays, and several other small ones that I can’t remember.   Continue reading “My Debit Card Info was Stolen and Other Bank Info”

Zero Hedge – by Tyler Durden

When the “impartial” Congressional Budget Office first attempted to predict the impact on the US labor force as a result of the administration healthcare ponzi scheme, also known affectionately as Obamacare and less affectionately by other names, it estimated that 800,000 Americans would drop out of the labor force by 2021. Moments ago it just revised that projection, admitting that it was off by the usual 100% or so: the hit to the US labor force due to Obamacare is now estimated to soar to 2.3 million through 2021, and furthermore the CBO just admitted that the enrollment rate will be dramatically below the White House’s baseline estimates, with 2 million fewer people signing up this year than previously estimated.   Continue reading “Obamacare To Crush Workforce By 2.5 Million Workers In Next Decade, CBO Admits”

Scary Dashcam Video Captures Moment Two Tractor Trailers on Canada Highway Nearly Collide Head OnThe Blaze

A dashcam records a life-flashing-before-the-eyes moment as two tractor-trailers approach what appears destined to be a head-on collision on a snowy Ontario, Canada highway.

Driving along Highway 11 north of Nipigon, which is about 90 minutes north of Thunder Bay, the driver of the tractor-trailer with the dashcam notices another tractor-trailer attempting to pass a slow-moving snow plow…and is headed straight for him.   Continue reading “Dashcam Clip of Tractor-Trailer Hurtling Toward Head-On Collision”

Big Oil Is Gaming the System to Raise Domestic U.S. Prices

Bloomberg notes:

Completion of the entire [Keystone] pipeline would raise prices at the pump in the Midwest and Rocky Mountains 10 to 20 cents a gallon, Verleger, the Colorado consultant, said in an e-mail message. The higher crude prices also would erase the discount enjoyed by cities including Chicago, Cheyenne and Denver, Verleger said.   Continue reading “Why The Keystone Pipeline Will Actually RAISE Gas Prices In the U.S.”

Thoughts on Hunters, this is an interesting slant on things.  The world’s largest army; America’s hunters!  I had never thought about this, but a blogger added up the deer license sales in just a handful of states and arrived at a striking conclusion:

There were over 600,000 hunters this season in the state of Wisconsin.  Allow me to restate that number: 600,000.  Over the last several months, Wisconsin’s hunters became the eighth largest army in the world:  more men in arms than in Iran.  More than France and Germany combined.  These men and women deployed to the woods of a single American state, Wisconsin, to hunt with firearms, and no one was killed.   Continue reading “American Hunters – The World’s Largest Army”
