to protect and serveWestern Rifle Shooters – by Matt Bracken

Federal, state, or local. You, the man or woman with the badge, the sworn LEO or FLEA and those who inhabit the many law enforcement niches in between and on all sides. This essay is directed to you, because in the end, how this turmoil about gun control turns out will depend largely upon your decisions and actions over the coming months and years.

I sincerely wish that members of Congress—who may soon be voting on new gun control measures—would read this essay, but I realize that’s a pipe dream, considering the impenetrable bubbles around those exalted entities. So I’ll settle for you, Mr. (or Ms.) Security Agent, since you already gobble up everything on the internet, and I don’t have to seek you out.   Continue reading “Bracken – Dear Mr. Security Agent”

Something Wicked This Way Comes:  The Story of Plume-Gate, the world’s Largest, Provable Cover-Up  By Hatrick ‘Hattie’ Penry

“For we are opposed around the world by a monolithic and ruthless conspiracy that relies on covert means for expanding its sphere of influence–on infiltration instead of invasion, on subversion instead of elections, on intimidation instead of free choice, on guerrillas by night instead of armies by day. It is a system which has conscripted vast human and material resources into the building of a tightly knit, highly efficient machine that combines military, diplomatic, intelligence, economic, scientific and political operations. Its preparations are concealed, not published. Its mistakes are buried not headlined. Its dissenters are silenced, not praised. No expenditure is questioned, no rumor is printed, no secret is revealed.”~JFK from his “President and the Press” speech to the U.S. press core on April 27th, 1961   Continue reading “Fukushima Cover-Up: The Story of Plume-Gate (FREE PDF)”

Beef JerkyPreparing for SHTF

Various methods can be used to preserve or to cure meats to eliminate the need for refrigeration. Before the use of pressure-cooking to “can” meats, meats were air-dried, cured with salt and sugar and/or a combination of smoke and heat.

Today nitrates, sodium nitrate and potassium nitrate are also added along with salt and sugar in the curing of meats. Nitrates are known to inhibit bacteria growth by reducing the oxidation process. Regular table salt also inhibits bacteria growth by drawing the moisture out of microorganism effectively destroying them. This process is referred to as “osmotic pressure”. The concept behind any curling or preservation of meats is the elimination of moisture, which bacteria need to survive and grow.   Continue reading “Preserving Meats without Refrigeration”

propane shortageThe Guardian – by Dominic Rushe

The governor of Iowa, Terry Branstad, has called on President Barack Obama to act as bitter winter weather caused a shortage of propane heating fuel and a massive spike in prices in some of the coldest regions of the US.

Propane is used by more than 12m households across the country, according industry statistics, and its shortage has led to a state of emergency being declared in more than 30 states. Prices are up more than 17% from a year ago, according to the US Energy Information Administration.   Continue reading “Midwest states declare emergency as cold blast worsens propane shortage”

coal-exports.gifBATR – by James Hall

Any analysis of domestic fossil fuel production and use must acknowledge that independence for U.S. energy has not been the national goal. Contrary to utopian dreamers and radical environmentalists, oil, natural gas and coal are the backbone of power in any modern economy. This power extends both to the fuels themselves and to the political security that is required for any economy to prosper. Therefore, it seems counterproductive to encourage corporatist to export our own precious resources for the mere motive of higher profits. Unfortunately, their ill-conceived greed is at the core of much of our countries instability.   Continue reading “The Selling of Energy Independence”

Simulation of a magnitude-7 quake on the San Andreas Fault. Seismic waves radiate outward, then deep into L.A. - STANFORD UNIVERSITYLA Weekly – by Gracie Zheng

A  seismology study by scientists from Stanford and MIT, published in the journal Scienceon Friday, finds that if the Big One hits the San Andreas Fault near Palm Springs, some seismic waves will travel near the path of the 10 Freeway into the heart of Los Angeles, where the city and its suburbs will suffer stronger ground motions than previously believed. Downtown L.A. will endure three times the shaking of surrounding areas, scientists now say.    Continue reading “‘The Big One’ Earthquake Will Hit L.A. Harder Than We Thought, Scientists Say”

While much of the Eastern half of the United States is now in a mega-deep freeze with temperatures below zero up and down the Eastern half of the US and negative 30 to 40 degrees wind chills in some places, the deep south is preparing to be pounded by a late January snowstorm that is bringing Arctic temps, snow and ice to the region. Was this latest polar vortex and series of winter storms across the Eastern half of the US brought about by HAARP? Putting on a show: Pink went barefoot as she danced around the stage performing TryCountdown to Zero Time

Thirty-three gay and straight couples were married live at the Grammy Awards last night in an emotionally-charged performance celebrating a year where the Defense of Marriage Act was struck down and scores of states legalized same-sex unions.

Queen Latifah officiated the mass wedding during Macklemore & Ryan Lewis’ powerful rendition of their song ‘Same Love,’ which has become a marriage equality anthem.

Following the vows, delivered as the stage was transformed into a makeshift church, with an alter and stained glass windows, Madonna, wearing a white suit and hat, performed ‘Open Your Heart’ to a standing ovation and tears from not just the brides and grooms but celebrity guests including Keith Urban.   Continue reading “Anti-christian message as Homosexual agenda pushed at the Emmy music awards”

Almost two decades ago, I wrote in Dare To Prepare about dire consequences from mega-quakes in the New Madrid Seismic Zone. After Dare To Prepare’s 1st Ed. was published, scientists retracted their worries and pronounced the New Madrid area ‘dead’. It was safe. What a different tune they’re singing now.

“Previous studies have suggested that it may be shutting down, based on GPS readings that showed little strain accumulation at the surface. Other research came to the same conclusion by blaming ongoing quake activity on aftershocks from the 1800s, which would essentially relieve strain on the fault.   Continue reading “How Many Will Die in the New Madrid Earthquake?”

What many human rights defenders call a chemtrail environmental and humanitarian crisis has spurred their planning a massive global protest on Jan. 25 to raise awareness and ultimately halt the covert carpet-bombing of the planet.

Chemtrail International Day of Protest in 2013 brought people onto streets around the world last year, but organizers say this year’s event will be even better attended.   Continue reading “Military Chemtrail Environmental Crisis Spurs Massive Global Protest”
