(Reuters) – The owner of the hotel where a gunman carried out the deadliest mass shooting in modern U.S. history on Thursday provided a new version of the timeline, suggesting there was no time for hotel staff to warn police.

Stephen Paddock opened fire on Mandalay Bay hotel security guard Jesus Campos and the crowd attending an outdoor concert nearby at the same time, or within 40 seconds of each other, MGM Resorts International (MGM.N) said in a statement.   Continue reading “Las Vegas gunman fired on guard and crowd at about same time: MGM”

Pedophilia in Hollywood, according to victims and those who expose it, is rampant and exists throughout the industry. Those who expose it are often tarred and feathered in the mainstream and the predators in Hollywood remain protected. However, the recent revelations about the alleged sexual abuse doled out by Hollywood mogul, Harvey Weinstein, appears to be a chink in the pedophile protective armor enjoyed by Tinseltown.

After the NY Times piece exposed Harvey Weinstein for his rampant sexual harassment, actresses and actors came out to expose how they too have been abused in the industry. This massive coming out is forcing the mainstream media to finally cover the sexual abuse that goes on behind the scenes leaving a trail of damaged children and adults alike in its wake.

While questions remain as to whether the Federal Bureau of Investigation had prior knowledge of the Las Vegas shooting, the victim of another terrorist attack on United States soil is speaking out, and attempting to hold the FBI accountable for the suffering he endured.

In May 2015, two men opened fire outside of a provocative “Draw Muhammad” event in Garland, Texas. While the suspects were ultimately the only casualties, the attack is notable in that it became the first ISIS-claimed attack on American soil. It is also notable, because of the close proximity between an FBI agent and one of the suspects—both before and during the attack.

Yesterday, a Michigan judge put on hold an order that reportedly granted joint legal custody of an 8-year-old boy to a convicted sex offender who allegedly raped the child’s mother when she was 12 years old. A state prosecutor says that this whole issue was a big misunderstanding.

According to Fox News, Sanilac County prosecutors said the case began when the now 21-year-old mother requested state assistance this past summer for her son. As a condition of receiving that financial assistance, the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services required her to cooperate with pursuing paternity and support for the child from his father, prosecutors said.   Continue reading “Judge Halts Order Which Awarded Joint Custody Of Son to His Mother’s Rapist”

SALEM, Ore. (Oct. 10, 2017) – Last Friday, an Oregon law went into effect that paves the way for the faster development of Oregon’s hemp market, and will further nullify federal prohibition in effect.

Sen. Ted Ferrioli (R-John Day) introduced Senate Bill 1015 (SB1015) last March. The new law gives the Oregon Liquor Control Commission authority over the processing of industrial hemp. Under this regulatory scheme, the state’s hemp business will be treated equally to the recreational cannabis industry.   Continue reading “New Oregon Law Will Help Facilitate The Sale Of Industrial Hemp Products”

During an interview with CNN’s Fareed Zakaria, portions of which were broadcast on Wednesday’s edition of CNN’s “OutFront,” former Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton denounced Harvey Weinstein’s behavior and announced that money she received from him would be part of the 10% of her income she donates to charity every year.

Hillary said when she first heard the news about Weinstein, “I was just sick. I was shocked. I was appalled. It was something that was just intolerable in every way. And, you know, like so many people who’ve come forward and spoken out, this was a different side of a person who I and many others had known in the past.”   Continue reading “Hillary: ‘I Give 10% of My Income to Charity Every Year’ and Weinstein Donations ‘Will Be Part of That’”

WASHINGTON (Reuters) – A U.S. Navy destroyer sailed near islands claimed by China in the South China Sea on Tuesday, three U.S. officials told Reuters, even as President Donald Trump’s administration seeks Chinese cooperation in dealing with North Korea’s missile and nuclear programs.

The operation was the latest attempt to counter what Washington sees as Beijing’s efforts to limit freedom of navigation in the strategic waters. But it was not as provocative as previous ones carried out since Trump took office in January.   Continue reading “U.S. warship sails near islands Beijing claims in South China Sea – U.S. officials”

Las Vegas, NV — In an unprecedented reversal, police have dramatically changed their official story this week on how the massacre in Las Vegas unfolded. To be clear, the facts they changed are not some accidents due to mass chaos, ‘whoops we were just confused’, or ‘sorry we got that wrong’ — no, these were a complete reversal of official narratives already determined to be facts and released during press conferences.

The first major reversal in the narrative happened on Monday when officials changed their story to say Stephen Paddock shot a hotel security guard six minutes before he opened fire on the crowd of 22,000.   Continue reading “Time to Pay Attention: Police Begin Making Massive Reversals in Official Vegas Narrative”

A new type of court case is slowly but steadily emerging within the American legal system: alleged crimes being detected from data supplied by smart devices.

Several cases over the last few years have focused on data transmitted within the modern smart home, while a couple of others add an extra dimension of police completely reconstructing a crime scene based upon data collected from the home as well as the various Internet-connected devices that we wear.   Continue reading “Smart Devices Are Snitching On Owners And Rewriting The Criminal Justice System”

NEW YORK (Reuters) – A lawsuit seeking to represent the victims of the Las Vegas rampage, the deadliest mass shooting in modern U.S. history, was filed against the makers of so-called bump stocks, which the shooter used to achieve a near-automatic rate of fire.

The proposed class action lawsuit, filed in state court in Clark County, Nevada, over the weekend and announced on Tuesday, accuses Slide Fire Solutions and other unnamed manufacturers of negligence leading to the infliction of emotional distress on thousands of people who witnessed or were injured in the Oct. 1 shooting at a Las Vegas music festival.  Continue reading “Las Vegas shooting victims file lawsuit against bump stock makers”

The Las Vegas gunman opened fire on a security guard six minutes before he rained down bullets on a crowd and killed 58 people, officials said on Monday in a change to the timeline of the deadliest mass shooting in modern U.S. history.

The shooter, Stephen Paddock, 64, was seen on numerous occasions in Las Vegas without any person accompanying him and he gambled the night before the shooting, Clark County Sheriff Joseph Lombardo said at a news conference. He killed himself after the attack.   Continue reading “Las Vegas gunman fired on security guard before mass shooting”

Even the Washington Post (10/2) expresses puzzlement: “Among the questions they [investigators] have: “…how he [Stephen Paddock] was able to bring it [a weapon] and many other weapons into a Vegas hotel suite undetected.”

“[Las Vegas Sheriff] Lombardo said hotel staff had been in and out of the two-room suite, which Paddock had stayed in since Sept. 28, and spotted nothing ‘nefarious,’ though he had more than 10 suitcases.”

Las Vegas, NV — A new video has emerged from the night of the Las Vegas shooting that appears to show overlapping gunfire coming from multiple locations, which clearly contradicts the mainstream narrative of what occurred on the night 59 people were killed and over 500 were injured.

The video is under 3 minutes long and was filmed by an individual who appears to be hiding near a gate during the shooting. While crowds of people can be seen running from the area, the person filming the video is staying low to the ground with a group of people who are encouraging others to take cover, instead of running out into the open.   Continue reading “New Video Emerges Clearly Capturing Overlapping Gunfire at Las Vegas Concert”
