In the case of UNITED STATES OF AMERICA VS. Cliven Bundy et al, Judge Gloria Navarro has demanded the defendants all wear chains throughout their trials. The simple question is, why? These are men who have demonstrated they are not violent nor have they attempted to escape from the prison system they have been incarcerated in for almost a year and a half.

In a response to the order by Judge Navarro, attorney for Pete Santilli, Chris Rasmussen, cited the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals ruling in May 2017 to bolster the claim that his client’s rights are being violated, as are all the other defendants in the case.   Continue reading “Judge in Bundy Ranch Case Wants Defendants In Chains For Trial – Attorneys Challenge Rights Infringement”

“Surely no member of the vegetable kingdom has ever been more misunderstood than hemp. For too many years, emotion-not reason-has guided our policy toward this crop. And nowhere have emotions run hotter than in the debate over the distinction between industrial hemp and marijuana. – David P. West Ph.D, North American Industrial Hemp Council.

When discussing an issue of such political relevance, some might think that emotions and personal feelings would be left at the door, yet those individuals clearly do not understand American politics. This particular topic has a long and devious history of waters being muddied by those who stand to gain the most by keeping those waters unclear.   Continue reading “The Hemp Deception And The Stolen Future Of The American People”

This is an intelligence briefing. Here I present the bare bones of what has been happening before our eyes…if we would see it.

A viral video in which a man shoots a refrigerator door is causing an internet firestorm. The refrigerator is shown exploding after being shot with a rifle, and the door nearly ends the shooter’s life.

The man in the video obviously enjoys living life on the edge. The video posted on the Internet shows a man firing an what looks like an M-16 rifle at a refrigerator stocked with Tannerite. Tannerite is a widely sold and very popular exploding target specially geared toward gun owners. It consists of a mixture of ammonium nitrate and aluminum powder, is legal, and available at sporting-goods stores and websites. But it’s fair to say that it isn’t meant to be packed inside a refrigerator with intentions to shoot said fridge.   Continue reading “Man Almost Dies When He Shoots A Refrigerator Full Of Explosives”

Even as the world’s attention turns to the Comey testimony for the next few hours, the Qatar diplomatic crisis (where CNN’s “report” of Russian hacking now appears long forgotten) continues, and moments ago a barrage of headlines from Qatar suggests that the small nation, which may or may not be preparing for military action, is happy to welcome the Turkish troops that will be arriving soon as reported yesterday, with its foreign minister stating that “we are not ready to surrender and will never compromise the independence of our foreign policy.” Also, and perhaps even more critically, Qatar – whose foreign minister is set to fly to Moscow on Saturday – also announced that Iran is ready to help with food and that three of Iran’s ports will be designated for use for Qatar.   Continue reading “Qatar Says “We Will Never Surrender”, Welcomes Turkish Troops As Iran Offers Food, Ports”

Having legalized recreational cannabis in its historic 2016 ballot initiative, the most populous U.S. state is not done challenging federal prohibition. California lawmakers have passed a bill that would prohibit cops in the state from helping the feds carry out their war on people and the cannabis plant.

Perhaps inspired by Colorado’s similar move, the California Assembly passed Bill 1578 by a thin margin, which now moves to the Senate for consideration before going to the governor’s desk.   Continue reading “CA House Passes Bill to Ban Cops from Helping Feds Bust People for Pot”

Eric Trump is slamming a Forbes report that alleges his charity, the Eric Trump Foundation, has been funneling donations — from donors who believed the money was going to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital — to the Trump Organization by paying high sums for use of Trump properties during fundraisers and re-donating some funds to charities friendly with Trump interests.
