Philadelphia, Pa — An ex-transit cop has been found guilty of false imprisonment and official oppression stemming from a Christmas Day incident when he stepped on a woman’s foot and refused to apologize — after cutting in line at Dunkin’ Donuts in 2013. When the woman attempted to alert the officer’s superiors, he slammed her head into an ATM machine — and placed her under arrest.

Douglas Ioven, a former officer with the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transit Authority (SEPTA), cut in line on Christmas in front of Muibat Williamson, a nurse at Einstein Medical Center, who was on her way home from a night shift. When Ioven was leaving, with coffee and doughnuts in hand, he stepped on Williamson’s foot.   Continue reading “Woman Reports Cop for Stepping On Her in the Donut Line, So He Smashed in Her Face”

Two Minneapolis police officers will not face criminal charges in the shooting death of a 24-year-old black man last November, as the evidence showed Jamar Clark was not handcuffed and had access to an officer’s gun, a county prosecutor said on Wednesday.

The move reflects Obama’s push to reform the U.S. criminal justice system to reduce the number of people serving long sentences for non-violent drug crimes, reforms that have garnered bipartisan support from lawmakers.   Continue reading “Obama commutes 61 sentences, bringing total to 248”

In the five years since an unlicensed illegal immigrant ran down his son, Don Rosenberg has turned his anger and grief into a mission to answer a seemingly simple question: How many people are killed each year by drivers who don’t belong in the U.S., much less behind a wheel?

Drew Rosenberg, a 25-year-old student at Golden Gate University, was riding his motorcycle in San Francisco when Roberto Galo struck him on Nov. 16, 2010. In his frenzied effort to flee the scene, Galo ran over his victim twice. The elder Rosenberg got the news no parent should hear from San Francisco General Hospital that night, but what he would learn over the next few years only compounded his bitterness.   Continue reading “Dad’s grief leads to quest to count deaths caused by illegal immigrant drivers”

“San Francisco, CA – An investigation into the brutal beating of man in San Francisco’s Mission District has been launched by the Alameda County Sheriff after video showing the savage assault by police went public.

Pulling no punches, Public Defender Jeff Adachi said the encounter was “reminiscent of Rodney King,” and excessive force was clearly used by the two deputies. But excessive force is only part of their problem.   Continue reading “After Cops Beat a Man like “Rodney King” on Video — They’re Caught Bribing Witnesses Not to Talk”

The question posed recently by NY Times writer Matt Apuzzo is, “Who will become a terrorist?” The answer is, there is no answer. There is no way to predict who will say yes to the call to partake in state-sponsored terror. Let’s not confuse genuine reality with the artificial reality delivered on TV and mainstream media for the masses. Therefore, let’s be absolutely clear. In the 2-dimensional reality that the mainstream media exists in, the question is posed on the assumption that there are entities out there that choose entirely on their own to become “terrorists”. In this reality the mass media is posing the question of – how can we predict who will become (by choice) the next “terrorists”?   Continue reading “Will You Become A Terrorist? A new report from the Guardian says the “CIA took naked photographs of people it sent to its foreign partners for torture.”

These detainees had been part of the CIA’s covert practice of “extraordinary renditions” — the “U.S. government’s global kidnap and secret detention” program. Because the CIA operated the program to avoid scrutiny, exactly how many detainees have been “rendered” remains unclear — as is how many of them were photographed naked by the agency.   Continue reading “CIA Caught Taking Naked Photos of Detainees BEFORE Torturing Them to Prove They Weren’t Tortured”

Caldwell County, TX — In January of last year, Larry Faulkenberry’s 16-year-old son decided that he would play a trick on his dad for grounding him. So, he called the Caldwell County Sheriff’s Department, and claimed his dad was drunk and waving a gun.

It would be difficult to find a program that better exemplifies the word “failure” than the Pentagon’s “train and equip” effort in Syria.

Last May, US Central Command issued a hilariously absurd press release outlining what was quite obviously going to be a disastrous effort to arm rebel fighters. “The US military and partner forces have begun training the initial class of appropriately vetted Syrian opposition recruits this week to support the effort to degrade and ultimately defeat ISIL in Syria,” the PR read.   Continue reading “Full Metal Retard Part Deux: CIA-Backed Rebels Now At War With Pentagon-Armed Fighters In Syria’s Aleppo”

Israel has become a safe haven for Jewish pedophiles from around the world, a leading advocate for child sexual abuse victims warned Monday at a Knesset committee pre-hearing on pedophilia in the ultra-Orthodox community.

“Sex offenders tend to move from country to country to avoid jail, but what makes Israel unique is the Law of Return, which essentially grants unhindered access to anyone who is Jewish to come here without any real screening,” said Manny Waks, the chief executive officer of Kol v’Oz, a newly formed nonprofit that aims to prevent child sexual abuse in the global Jewish community.   Continue reading “Israel Becoming a ‘Refuge for Pedophiles,’ Warns Advocate for Child Sex Abuse Victims”
