I don’t think this will come as a surprise to anyone who has researched chemtrails and their damaging effects to our world and our health.  Any skeptic will conscientiously question the doom and gloom scenarios being touted by the anti-geoengineering groups. Geoengineering Watch, Aircrap.org, and Infowars, for example, prolifically liter the Internet with environmental and health concerns which reach both global and epic proportions. Meanwhile, the governments of NATO nations (namely the US and Canada, but also France, New Zealand and other countries) continue to spray aerosol aluminum, barium, and strontium in our skies, that then pour down on us no differently than flakes of snow. Libyan PM Ali Zeidan has been seized from his hotel in the capital, Tripoli by a former rebel militia loosely allied to the government.

The group said it arrested Mr Zeidan following a prosecutor’s warrant, but the government has denied this.

According to Gizmodo the map seems to group weapons that are of a similar family together by color. The new law will require law enforcement to obtain a warrant for drone use in all but a few cases.
