Many of the politicians, mainstream media pundits, and students who call for stricter gun control laws insist that they are only seeking “common sense” gun legislation. But in reality, the real issues that lead to mass shootings are being ignored and the rhetoric that is being shared in the name of “safety,” is instead chipping away at the Second Amendment, and in some cases, pushing to repeal it altogether.   Continue reading “5 Facts Proving ‘They Are Coming For Your Guns’ Is Not A Conspiracy Theory”

As the death toll near the border in Gaza continues to grow, and Israeli military snipers shoot and kill innocent women and children, journalists, and nurses rendering aid to wounded victims, Americans should consider the influence Israeli forces are having on police in the United States, given the extensive training select law enforcement officials receive during seminars in Israel that have been ongoing for years.

It may sound like a “conspiracy theory,” but the close relationship between the U.S. and Israel—which costs American taxpayers nearly $4 billion a year—has extended to the training of law enforcement, and dozens of American officials are sent to Israel to train with Israeli law enforcement each year.   Continue reading “The Same Military That Guns Down Peaceful Women and Children Is Training Cops In The US”

A death row inmate in Texas, who gouged out both of his eyes in jail, eating one of them, has been told that his severe mental illness is not reason enough to commute his sentence. However, alleged racial bias by the jury may be.

Andre Thomas, who was sentenced to death for the brutal murder of his estranged wife, their son, and her baby daughter in 2004, was ruled to be sane enough to be executed by the 5th US Circuit Court of Appeals. Thomas, 35, who was born to a mentally ill mother and has been battling with mental illness issues accompanied by substance and alcohol abuse since his teens, said he butchered his family, carving out the children’s hearts and putting them in pockets because God told him to.   Continue reading “Murderer Who Ate His Own Eyeball Is Crazy, but That Won’t Stop His Execution – Court”

Making illegal or banning arbitrary substances does nothing to curb their use. In fact, as the increasingly deadly opioid crisis illustrates, it makes matters far worse. What does help to foster improvement, however, is when the state reverses prohibition. The most recent state to figure this out is Pennsylvania, who just added opioid addiction to the list of conditions for which it will allow people to obtain marijuana.

Of course, total legalization would be ideal. However, this move by Pennsylvania lawmakers shows that the science can no longer be denied and bureaucrats have to finally admit it.   Continue reading “State Finally Looks at Science, Approves Use of Marijuana to Treat Opioid Addiction”

SACRAMENTO, Calif. (June 6, 2018) – Last week, the California Senate passed a bill that would establish limited state-chartered banks to serve the cannabis industry. Final passage of this legislation would remove a major federal roadblock in front of the developing marijuana industry in the state and further nullify federal prohibition of cannabis.

Sen. Bob Hertzberg, (D-Van Nuys), along with a bipartisan coalition of nine cosponsors, introduced Senate Bill 930 (SB930) in January. The legislation would create a self-contained banking system for the cannabis industry in California.   Continue reading “California Senate Passes Bill to Create Banking Alternative for Cannabis Industry, Bypass Federal Reserve”

California has become the first state to pass a law severely limiting the amount of water residents can use on a daily basis, and while politicians claim that the restrictions will be enforced in the name of conserving water, Nestlé is illegally stealing millions of gallons of water each year and the state is doing nothing to stop it.

Gov. Jerry Brown signed Senate Bill 606 and Assembly Bill 1668 into law, both of which set new standards for “water management planning.” The restrictions will fully take effect by 2022, limiting residents to 55 gallons of water per person, per day. That number will decrease to 50 gallons per person, per day, by 2030.   Continue reading “California to Fine Citizens Using Over 55 Gallons of Water as Nestlé Pumps Billions of Gallons for Free”
