The Hague, Netherlands — A prosecutor for the International Criminal Court (ICC) is pursuing a war crimes investigation against the United States for its conduct in Afghanistan following the 9/11 terror attacks.

Chief prosecutor Fatou Bensouda said last year that the U.S. military and CIA could be guilty of war crimes for its torture of detainees in Afghanistan between 2003 and 2014. The Guardian reported that “Bensouda’s report last year said the alleged US war crimes ‘were not the abuses of a few isolated individuals. Rather, they appear to have been committed as part of approved interrogation techniques in an attempt to extract ‘actionable intelligence’ from detainees.” Now, she is seeking approval from the court to move forward. According to the Guardian:   Continue reading “The US Could Finally Be Charged With War Crimes in Afghanistan”

It is becoming increasingly more common for the corporate media to pay attention to the dollar’s dying status as the world reserve currency. The media can no longer realistically ignore developments that ultimately chip away at the dollar piece by piece considering Russia, China, and Iran have become brazen about their intentions to erode the dominant currency in the not-too-distant future.

While Anti-Media has documented the decline of the dollar throughout the course of the year as a result of a number of significant geopolitical decisions, there is still one major elephant in the room that needs to be addressed. Once it is, it should shed some light on just how detrimental these recent developments are to America’s status as the global authority.   Continue reading “Russia, China, and Iran Join Forces to Bring Down the US Dollar”

It’s been more than a month since Stephen Paddock smashed two windows in his hotel suite and opened fire on a crowd of 20,000 unsuspecting country music fans, and investigators are still desperately grasping for something that sounds like a motive in the deadliest mass shooting in US history. Extrapolating from the evidence that’s been presented to the public, it seems whatever Paddock’s motive might’ve been, he took it to his grave. Indeed, it seems logical to assume that any hints of Paddock’s state of mind in the moments leading up to the attack were encoded on the hard drive he reportedly smashed (or maybe even clues that might’ve led investigators to a possible accomplice).  Continue reading “Vegas Shooter Was Depressed, Lost “A Significant Amount Of Wealth” Before Massacre”
