This is an excellent book, well researched and well written. This book has inspired me to make the necessary changes in the way I take care of my body so that I can enjoy an optimal life. I have read the book from cover to cover, did not want to miss one word, section nor chapter.

I agree with Stephanie Relfe when she said “Your health is your wealth”. I would like to thank her for researching and placing all this vital information in one book. What makes this book so interesting is the wealth of information it contains and how it explains the serious consequences of the toxins we put in our bodies and how they can affect our physical, mental and spiritual being. The book offers great alternatives such as how to cleanse our bodies, what to eat; this includes a very detail shopping list and recipes; the right supplements and exercises that are very effective.

It has been two weeks since I have applied the healthy recommendations of this book to my daily routine and already I have seen significant changes. I am eight pounds lighter and look forward to achieving my goal of losing 30 pounds.

I highly recommend this book to anyone who not only wants to be THIN but also wants to experience a HEALTHY, PAIN-FREE LIFE.

Excellent one book resource guide on detoxing your life

What I like about this book:

1) Very easy to read. In fact it is very engaging. When I have ten minutes to sit and read I can open this book anywhere and get absorbed into the content. Many times I have a problem putting it down.

2) Puts together a lot of material that I have read in diverse places. I am an alternative health care professional and I read or hear bits and pieces of great information from many different sources. This book put many of those pieces together in one place.

3) She covers the corporate and government political agenda….does anyone still believe that the FDA or CDC or mainstream media is telling us the truth about health issues? If you do, this book will nudge you to wake up and take charge of your health.

4) The suggestions she makes are all easily doable and will give you immediate and long-term results. I have used a number of health tips, such as reduce gluten, get GMO’s out my diet, and cleanses, over the years and I have experienced dramatic and positive shifts in my health. She has put in a number of those tips. She has quite a few more that I am going to add to my lifestyle. Even if you do just one change in your diet, you will notice a difference. In fact, I recommend that you chose a couple of changes and make them a part of your lifestyle…..then chose a couple more….and before you know it, you will actually feel and look good.

Riveting and awe inspiring, You’re Not Fat You’re Toxic will not allow to you put it down. I started reading this book at 10.30 pm … and didn’t stop until I reached the chapter on sleeping which was about 1:30 am. I knew I had an early morning alarm so I had to stop and follow the books advice on getting the proper amount of sleep each night to help with weight loss.

My 18 year old son, who has attention span of nat, picked up the book and it grabbed a hold of his mind and wouldn’t let go. He actually read a lot further than I did on the first day and told me about a quote I would come across in the book that was going to be really thought provoking. I asked him to share the quote but he said “Dad, you’ll know it when you come to it.” When I came across it I knew it was the one he referred to and it didn’t disappoint. I sat for several minutes just thinking about the quote as it related to my life before I could go on.

This book will open your mind and definitely alter your life style. I never paid too much attention to what was in the food I was consuming or buying, but after reading it, now I’m constantly scanning labels and checking for toxic ingredients. Once your awareness has been expanded it’s hard to ignore toxins that surround us on a daily basis. You’re Not Fat You’re Toxic point out those toxins in the food, water, atmosphere, and household products. You’ll learn how to eat healthier, exercise without pain, learn why you shouldn’t eat in restaurants, and a host of other secrets big business doesn’t want you to know.

However, be forewarned you’ll spend money after reading this book–I did. I immediately took the books advice and went out and bought the suggested raw seeds, nuts, and green leafy vegetables. I’ve already lost 3 pounds and passed parasites I didn’t know I had. I have recommended it to all of my friends, shipped copies to family members in other states, and highly suggest you make this your biblical reference for eating healthier meals.

***UPDATE: As of Nov 20th, 2013 I’ve now lost 12 pounds because of the advice in this book. I’m only 7 pounds away from my ideal weight. Thanks Stephanie for sharing this knowledge and writing about what’s in our food***

  1. Her book talks about disease…toxins are a great part of disease, but anyone over 50 should also read what a B12 and D deficiency will do to you. Take a few minutes and read about these things…the answer to most illnesses is toxins and vitamin deficiencies….no joke.

      1. That’s good. I can’t believe M.D’s don’t screen for Vitamin D….especially spine patients who are having fusion surgery…..It could explain why a percentage of fusions become non-unions along with continued post-operative pain.
