Dzhokhar Tsarnaev has been sentenced to death for his role in the 2013 bomb attack on the Boston Marathon – an attack that killed three people, left more than 260 wounded and stunned the country.
In April, the same jury at a federal court in Boston found Tsarnaev guilty on 30 charges relating to the attack.
Seventeen of those counts carried a possible death sentence, and despite hearing mitigating evidence from family members – and other such as Sister Helen Prejean, a Catholic nun who opposes the death penalty – the jury voted unanimously to send 21-year-old Tsarnaev to his death.
Prejean was the final witness for the defence in the so-called “penalty phase” of the trial, in which, having found Tsarnaev guilty on the 17 capital counts, the jury heard new evidence from the prosecution and defence designed to help them weigh “aggravating factors” against “mitigating factors” in deciding whether to put Tsarnaev to death for his crimes.
The sentence brings to end the five-month-long trial, in which 154 witnesses testified, more than 40 of them in the penalty phase.
In her closing argument on Tuesday, defence attorney Judy Clarke made one final appeal to the jury for mercy. “Mercy is never earned, it is bestowed,” she said.
But the jury seems to have been more receptive to the prosecution’s argument that the only fitting punishment for Tsarnaev’s crimes was death.
The sentence, which mandates the government to kill the 21-year-old Tsarnaev by lethal injection at the federal correctional facility in Terre Huate, Indiana, is subject to appeal.

I have a friend who, years ago, was being processed by the FBI, to go prison on a weapons charge. As his finger prints were being taken, the FBI agent said,” well now that we have your prints, we will place them at a crime scene”. My friend looked at the bottom feeding Agent and said,” And YOU are suppose to be the good guys”? The Boston bombing has the FBI’s prints all over it. Never, ever trust them to do what’s right. Never talk to them; never help them. They all are POS.

Never saw an actual dead body, never saw any legitimately wounded ‘victims’, either.
So, WHAT is this tool getting the death penalty for again?
Well, what can I add to the conversation? Crisis actors, beta test for marshal law and house to house searches? (When it comes to terrorists, jihadists, Radical Islam, Mohammad is a pedophile, BACON! I wish I could draw a picture of that profit…prophet eating a pulled pork sandwich, with extra bacon.) I guess we should all rest easy knowing the glorious FBI has got their “man”, IE patsy. You could crack those f***tards over the head with the evidence of their frauds and hoaxes, but they would still repeat the government approved narrative.
Exactly, these “false flags” are used to see how much they can get away with concerning the trampling of our Bill of Rights, all the while, gauging our response. For a long time now, what presents itself as evidential facts also presents facts that openly demonstrate not only fraud, but hippocrasy which demonstrate lies. The level of cognizant dissonance keeps being elevated to a higher level. Unfortunately the masses are more likely to vote for or against an issue in controversy based upon a hive mind mentality than the equal right to life given to each and every one of us. They live in a matrix where the matrix must be supported no matter who gets eliminated. All the while under the spell of this delusion, they believe that by going along to get along, they will be exempted from the same fate. It is apparent that there are more of them than there are of us. Yet, by design, light/truth will always triumph over darkness and lies. As light dispels darkness, which apparently is dispelled by a match or candle, so truth dispels the intended intention of the spewers of those lies. Never give up, never surrender.
