I hope they use the Hilary defense
And it proves out as a dismissal
Driving?
Driving is a commercial activity.
Was the under age child doing it for hire?
The term “driving” does go back to the horse and buggy days
when buggys were the first cabs.
Wow. Kind of funny, kind of sad. I actually wrote a chapter titled “Observation on Freedom and the Amish” in my March 2013 book “Putnam Liberty Notes”. I talked about how the Amish do not have driver’s licenses for their buggies, SSNs, worry about NSA surveillance, etc. Apparently though, the young guys in their communities sometimes get a tad to much booze! At least no one was hurt as the buggy slowly clopped down the road, unlike if they had been in a pickup going 55mph.
