We have word from Galice Mining District that BLM has given them a cease and desist order. They are working a mining claim that is believed to be one of the oldest continuing claims in the United States and have the records to prove their rights to the claim. They are protected under the General Mining Act of 1872.
Sheriff Gilbertson stood between the Miners and BLM, protecting their rights under the 1872 law. BLM is testing the new Sheriff, Dave Daniel, and where he stands on this issue. He allowed one of the Josephine Counties Deputies to accompany a BLM Ranger to serve the papers on the miners. This is setting up to become a Bundy Ranch type stand-off.
They have been given until April 25th to remove all of their mining equipment off the claim, to include a cabin they expect BLM to burn to the ground. Oregon III% is going to support them in whatever capacity we are able to, to include a response team for the protection of they’re claim. Understanding the dynamics of this group of independent miners, this has the potential to ramp up very quickly.
They will be challenging this in the court system, but they’re first hearing is after April 25th.

Here we go again. Those SOBs of the BLM, Army Engineers, etc. won’t stop probing for weakness until and unless they are brought up short by a massive display of resistance. I hope and pray that it is the people who prevail.

For what it’s worth. The website this was posted at imho is questionable. The person who runs this website is the infamous “drake”. He is the same guy that did numerous blog talk shows for a couple of years possibly still does. He and David Wilcox said the cabal we’re going to be arrested and all would be well any day now. It was always two weeks, two weeks, blah blah blah. Obviously we are in a bigger pickle than we were way back then. I don’t know if I would trust anything posted to that site. But that’s just me, and that’s my two cents. I’m referring to americannational militia dot com.
