EVEN THOUGH I DONT BELIEVE THAT THERE SHOULD BE “HOMELESS” IN AMERICA, CALIFORNIAS PROBLEMS ARE CAUSED BY CALIFORNIAS POLITICIANS……. HOW MUCH OF A PERCENTAGE WILL YOU ALLOW IN THIS “VOUCHER PROGRAM” FOR FRAUD AND THIEVERY??

Yeah, “remove the aliens,” as most of the people on the street are American Nationals. (sad face)
But Koyote, I do not think state and fed are managing this separately. All policy from above. Systemic, and on so many levels. From the high cost of everything it takes just to live, to all the poisons (be they environmental, technological or pharmaceutical) they throw at us, to all the wars we have to endure, and all the deceptions that tamper with our minds. Maybe I’m wrong, but for now, this homeless problem seems to be serving their communistic objectives.

OF ALL THE STATES THAT SHOULD HAVE STARTED A REBELLION, YOU WOULD THINK THAT THE PEOPLE OF CALIFORNIA WOULD FIRE THE FIRST SHOTS. BUT INSTEAD, THEY ROLL OVER FOR THE POLITICIANS THERE, WHO ARE OBVIOUSLY BACKED BY THE UN………AND YES. HOMELESSNESS SERVES THE COMMUNIST “OBJECTIVE”……..
I lived a good portion of my life in California. To me that is the least likely state to rebel. Not true rebellion, anyway.

Every single face here was frightening for me to look at. Almost ghoulish. And their laughter with such a serious issue, it’s a mockery of all who struggle. How padded their lives look. All needs met, positions of power and influence, probably even own a mansion or two. These are devious, serpent talking heads servin’ up word salad while people suffer. Make them go away.
