Luckily this wasn’t fire or EMS related, but it’s still an interesting video that came out today (Wednesday).

Detectives from the Montgomery County Police Department, Major Crimes Division – Robbery Section have been investigating an armed robbery of a GameStop store in Silver Spring. Today they are releasing avideo and photographs of the masked suspects.
On Friday, May 20 at approximately 8:56 p.m., two suspects, armed with handguns, entered the GameStop store located at 10100 Colesville Road in Silver Spring. One suspect initially ordered three customers, including a young boy, against the wall near the counter. Immediately afterward, both suspects walked behind the counter and ordered the two clerks to the floor while the suspects took an undisclosed amount of cash and personal property was taken. The suspects then fled out the front door.
The suspects are decribed as black males in their 20s, approximately 5′ 6″ tall and weighing 170 pounds. They were wearing black, hooded sweatshirts, black pants, gloves, and masks.

A 7-year-old boy faced an armed robber head-on while shopping for a toy with his parents at a GameStop store in Silver Spring, Maryland.
Surveillance video shows two hooded men wearing masks rush into the store on 10100 Colesville Road on Friday, May 20 just before 9 p.m.
One suspect can be seen trying to grab the little boy before the boy punches the suspect in the stomach a couple of times.
“Well, he’s tough. He’s tough and, you know, I think instincts come out in situations like that,” said the boy’s mother, who did not want to be identified.
The suspects then told two store clerks to get on the floor while they took cash and personal property, police said. They then ran out of the store through the front door, police said.
No one was hurt during the robbery.

7 year old has more guts than most men in this country.
The kid’s got more balls than most Americans in this country. My hats off to him for at least trying to fight them off, which is more than I can say for the rest of the cowards in this country.
