Notice in the above “experiment”, they are studying our behaviour. Meaning, they ARE spraying chemicals, watching how we behave. The main chemical associated with weather modification, which is also highly reflective, is SILVER IODIDE.
For a global effect to change the albedo of Earth, there are many different “experiments” going on.
The part I’m concentrating on is shooting aerosols to stratosphere, because this has been goin on the longest.
By the late 1940s, the United States and the Soviet Union were well into developing weather-control strategies to win wartime advantages. However, Soviet efforts primarily focused on eliminating permafrost and ice to improve livability conditions in Serbia and the Arctic Ocean (Fleming 2010). Other efforts focused on crop production, which included the creation of the Leningrad Institute of Rainmaking in the 1930s. In the following years up until 1949, several cloud creation experiments were conducted, first with calcium chloride, the dry ice, and finally silver iodide.
Recent Developments
Building on the initiatives of the United States and the Soviet Union, the manipulation of local environments in the pursuit of desirable outcomes has regained increased attention in recent history. Significant activity related to cloud seeding (the dispersal of silver iodide into the sky) to induce rains or to prevent destructive storms has been reported in Russia, India, and the US. Moreover, scientists working for the United Arab Emirates government in Abu Dhabi have apparently created over 50 artificial rainstorms between July and August 2010 (Sanburn 2011). The largest national efforts, however, have been pursued in China led by the Beijing Weather Modification Office and its 32,000 employees

We have a major problem. All this silver iodide accumulates in the environment, and is reeking havoc on forested root systems, as shown by this study.
ABSTRACT The possible ecological effects of silver iodide accumulation in soil
which might result from weather modification were examined by use of a
2.5 year old randomized treatment plot in a semi-arid grassland to
define possible threshhold silver levels where changes in decomposer
parameters might first be detected. After three growing seasons, silver
iodide presence at levels above those which could be expected from
weather modification appears to be related to decreased soil oxygen
uptake, carbon dioxide evolution, and bacterial glucose mineralization
activities
Do you understand what that is saying? Not only is weather modification destroying oxygen levels in the soil, and consequently in the water, it is CREATING carbon dioxide. The actual practice of cloud seeding with silver iodided is causing the soil to emit more carbon dioxide! Also being affected, is the sugar levels in plant systems, since bacterias use the sugars to ferment.
