In our discussions of juries, it’s important to remember the Founding Father’s gave us the common law “people’s” Grand Juries, which many people are now actively reinstating, one county at a time. The common law Grand Jury is the fourth and highest branch of government that’s superior to the other three, which the corporate government has been usurping and using against the people, until now. Please read the information below and consider your part in such a powerful GRASS ROOTS endeavor as a support to the work of the FIJA.

IN A US SUPREME COURT STUNNING 6-TO-3 DECISION, JUSTICE ANTONIN SCALIA, writing for the majority, confirmed that the American Grand Jury is neither part of the Judicial, Executive nor Legislative branches of government, but instead belongs to the people. It is in effect a fourth branch of government “governed” and administered to directly by and on behalf of the American people, and its authority emanates from the Bill of Rights and has the power to enforce law and remove people from office.
WHAT CAN WE DO?
We can literally reverse corrupt judicial decisions handed down by crooked judges. We can protect life and liberty. We can get the corporate government off our backs and end all unlawful foreclosures and collection bullying throughout our state. We can tell the IRS and Dept. of Revenue that they can no longer do business with the American people. We can end the restrictive gun control and traffic laws (“victimless crimes”) and all other perverse laws that reward crime and punish the people for the sole purpose of separating us from our wealth. We can sanction and imprison those corrupt officials who resist us, as we the people are the true sovereign government. The list is endless.
Having been watching what the New York delegation has been doing, I’m fully convinced that we can readily mirror their accomplishments and successes through other states. We can move toward expanding Grand Juries into each of the other 3,141 Counties.
By registering with the National Liberty Alliance (NLA), we enhance our efforts to effectively educate the people locally and to grow our influence. They are actively invoking the sovereign common law court of record in their court cases, where the peoples’ tribunal has the final word in the decisions over any so-called judge.
I hope you’ll strongly consider joining and becoming a Grand Jurist. This may very well be the answer to all the corruption we have been experiencing, and potentially, the last best hope of restoring what many of us have lost over the recent years, bringing peace and prosperity back to the realm!

THE DUTY OF THE “COMMON LAW GRAND JURY” is to right any wrong. If anyone’s unalienable rights have been violated or removed without a legal sentence of their peers, the Grand Jury can restore them. And if a dispute shall arise concerning this matter, it shall be settled according to the judgment of the Grand Jurors, the sureties of the peace.

Q: Once I register what happens next?
A: If you want to be an active full time or part time Grand Jurist, notify one of your County Organizers, and they will assist you. You can find them listed under County Organizers at www.NationalLibertyAlliance.org, otherwise your name will go into the jury pool and you will receive a phone call occasionally to participate as a trial or Grand Jurist.
Q: Do I have to serve when I get the call?
A: No, if you cannot participate at the time, we will recycle your name, no questions asked.
Q: When I am called how long will I be needed for?
A: Usually 1-3 days, you will be given that information and the dates in order to decide if you can participate.
Q: Do I get paid?
A: No, but you will receive $30 a day for expenses.
Q: What do I do now?

It’s nice to know that this movement exists, because I was long considering how to re-establish common law courts where I live, and a common law grand jury might be a good start.
(but so much to do, and so little time, most of it consumed by keeping my vehicle on the road, that it’s hard to do something like this without a lot of help)
JUST REMEMBER. WHERE THEY PUT FORTH THE MAGNA CARTA, REPLACE THAT BIT OF NONSCENCE WITH THE BILL OF RIGHTS…………….AND YES….. ITS A LOT OF WORK. A PAIN IN THE ASS…… BUT A WORTHY SACRIFICE……. I THINK WE WILL HAVE BETTER LUCK WITH THIS THAN TRUMP “DRAINING THE SWAWP”………..
I joined and the problem is getting others in the community to step up to the plate also. They are all afraid to step out of their comfort zone, they are afraid of retaliation, and think you can’t fight city hall or government period!!!! They do not realize the power they will have. If only 50 people would stand up and be counted out of a city’s population 200,000 or more would be enough to put fear in the local government. The only way to take back control of government, is from the bottom up. If the people get control of their counties, they will have control of their states, if the people control their states, they will control the federal government. The created is not to rule the creator. The people created the states and the states created the union of states aka united states.
