Beautiful job Joe. This year we are and have planted solely in containers, no more nasty bermuda invading. Harvested potatoes, onions, beets, and sweet peas. Will never go back to massive scale gardening in the ground. After many years of dealing with weeds and grasses, finally saw the light.
Anyone living near folks with cattle that buy sweetlix feed in the large tubs, ask them if you can have their empty tubs. Many times they will just be lying around in fields, and they are happy to have someone take them. Also, some feed stores will buy back the empty tubs, then resale them inexpensively. Another great place to acquire growing tubs.

Have you looked into the hydroponic gardens, including the tilapia fish ponds to circulate for self sustainability??
