pThe Montague County Sheriffs Office has today released the dash cam video of a shooting of one of their police officers during a routine stop.br /

The newly released video was taken by 27 year old Deputy James Boyds dash mounted camera on March 21, showing Deputy Boyd pulling over a black Cadillac with Colorado license plates on Highway 287 in Bowie at Highway 59. br /

As the deputy bends down to speak with the driver through the passenger side window he is suddenly shot by convicted felon Evan Ebel. br /
br /
Three shots were fired.br /
br /
Two bullets strike his bullet proof vest. The third grazes his forehead. The video shows Boyd on the ground as several cars pass by until one vehicle pulls over which was driven by an off duty Johnson County Sheriffs Detective. br /
br /
That detective assists Boyd and radios for help. br /
br /
Boyd is now undergoing out patient rehab at a Dallas area rehabilitation center. br /

What is a routine traffic stop. Perhaps that is one cop that should have minded his own piggish business. Too bad he didden`t get all three in the face.
One thing I really hate is when someone shoots a cop, and doesn’t finish the job. They’ve already got his plate, so he could have just as easily leaned out the passenger side window, and completed what he started.
Now when they catch up to him, they’ll smoke him just for spite.
AND that POS pig will be back at work once he recovers.

Did the guy that shot the cop ever get found or arrested?
The incident happened on Mar. 21st, and the video was just released 3 days ago, but nothing is mentioned about any arrest in the case.
Hopefully he’ll take out 3 or 4 at least when they do catch up to him, because they sure won’t be looking to arrest him after shooting a cop already.
I don’t support the random shooting of law biding cops, especially when they are doing their job as intended. On the other hand, criminal cops…..

True. A COP IS A STATE SANCTIONED EXTORTIONIST WHO DESTROYS INNOCENT LIVES WITH IMPUNITY DUE TO QUALIFIED IMMUNITY, AND BREAKS EVERY LAW IN THE BOOK WITH NO CONSEQUENCE. . .ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY CAN SOAK THE PUBLIC FOR MORE MONEY. . .UNLESS CAUGHT ON TAPE, AND IT GOES VIRAL ON YOUTUBE!

As the pig lay bleeding on the side of the road, everyone else drives right by until another pig finds him. It shows that a certain awareness is spreading through the population. I’d stop to help anyone…except a cop.
A pathetic statement. The cop was wounded while carrying out his legal duties by a known criminal. You wouldn’t lift a finger to help the man?
