Johns Hopkins University officials are suspending for at least two years their plan to form an armed police force to patrol their three Baltimore campuses amid protests over policing and racial injustice sweeping the nation after the death of George Floyd at the hands of the Minneapolis police.
America’s coronavirus reopening has also meant a surge of smuggling at the southern border, with a significant rise in both illegal immigrants and drugs being nabbed in May, according to the latest data Friday from Homeland Security. Are you ready for re-education camps in the United States? Colorado has introduced a bill that would “re-educate” parents who refuse to vaccinate their child with the coronavirus vaccine.
The bill forces all doctors and medical staff to give vaccinations with no exemptions, even if they are in a situation where they believe it would not be in that child’s best interest. The bill’s current version, however, does not list any sanctions or punishments for medical staff that refuse, according to Life News. The city of Seattle announced that it would turn a fire station into a community center for black residents after weeks of protests.

The 9-11 attacks, or 11-9 as they should be called in the rest of the world who puts their dates in the correct order, will long be recognised as one of the defining moments in world history. But how they will be remembered is not so clear, with the official version of events becoming increasingly shaky by the day. The latest damage has been caused by the leaking of 24 hours of pager messages around the time of the attacks, and adds weight to the argument that the 9-11 was staged by the government, rather than by terrorists.
