Deception, Dissonance, Distraction, and the Devolution of America

This entire election has been one for the history books, but as the Marxist sociologist Walter Benjamin said in an essay, “History is written by the victors.” The story of this crazy year will be told by the next person who holds the title of President of the United States.

But, it seems that the present is written by those in control as well.  

All you have to do is glance at some mainstream headlines, read the posts of people who have sipped the Clinton Kool-Aid, and follow any form of social media to see that bias is presented as truth and that dissent is scrubbed from the record. People are so desperate to resist believing the truth that those of us who see through the giant scam are demonized.

We think we’re free, but we’re turning into Communist China with an electoral theater to keep us all feeling as though we have liberty.

The President of the United States has urged illegal aliens to vote, assuring them that there will be no repercussions for committing this unlawful and unconstitutional act. The FBI has given the appearance of investigating Hillary Clinton and the Clinton Foundation and let them slide at every single opportunity. The Clintons have blatantly breached protocols that sent others who are less powerful to prison, but the Director Comey always says, “There is nothing criminal in these emails.” Our reality is defined by a biased media and a censored internet and, aside from a few hold-outs, our society is dumbed-down enough that they believe it all.

It makes me so sad. Not just “what a bummer” sad, but a deep rending grief for the strong, independent, critically thinking Americans who are becoming all but extinct. I mourn the country I grew up believing in.

Deception, distraction, and cognitive dissonance have joined hands to create a perfect storm.

People are literally devolving.

To devolve is defined as “to gradually go from an advanced state to a less advanced state.”

If you’re paying any attention to the world around you, you can see it happening. Just like a bunch of toddlers with a keyring, people are distracted from real issues like the sewage-level corruption in our own government by fun little diversions.

More people seemed to care about the season opener of The Walking Dead than they do about Hillary Clinton’s blatant corruption. More people wept over the imaginary passing of a TV character than over the fact that our country could be handed to a sociopathic woman whose only concern is becoming even more wealthy and powerful.  More people paid attention and cheered for the World Series than for Julian Assange and the Wikileaks team when, at the cost of their own freedom and safety, they handed us the freakin’ key to learning the truth about the deep, dark secrets of our corrupt government.

But people don’t want to know these unpleasant truths.

To paraphrase the movie A Few Good Men, “They can’t handle the truth.”

They can’t handle the truth because they have been babied, nurtured, lied to, and coddled. A huge portion of our population has become the type of dependent parasite who is utterly incapable of critical thought and must scurry off to their safe spaces to recover if challenged.

People like that will never buck the system. People like that will just fall in line and hold out their bowls for more government gruel.

The documentary I recommended that you guys watch, Obsolete? It’s happening. Right in front of our eyes.

The media is nothing more than an arm of the Propaganda Machine.

In true Orwellian style, the mainstream media ladles out the spin that they’re told to deliver. The “truth” is what CNN and NBC and all those other propaganda outlets say it is, regardless of the actual event.

People can witness something with their own eyes and still actually believe the opposite.

We’re living in an imaginary world, created by those with money and power. In a Harvard University paper titled “Memory Modification and the Role of the Media,” Dr. Elizabeth Loftus presented the findings of an experiment in which researchers showed subjects some altered pictures of Disneyland with people shaking hands with Bugs Bunny. One-third of the subjects “remembered” shaking hands with Bugs Bunny on a previous trip to Disney, but that’s impossible since Bugs is not a Disney character and is not present at any Disney theme parks.

It really is that easy with a susceptible subject.

Loftus concluded:

“Research on memory distortion has shown that postevent suggestion can contaminate what a person remembers. Moreover, suggestion can lead to false memories being injected outright into the minds of people. These findings have implications for police investigation, clinical practice, and other settings in which memory reports are solicited.” (source)

So, they can see the horrible things that Hillary Clinton is responsible for and not believe what they’ve witnessed. When you hit rock bottom, keep digging – that is how deep the cognitive dissonance goes.

Anyone who speaks the truth is censored.

Throughout history, the beginning of censorship signals the end of freedom. It is defined as the suppression of free speech, public communication or other information which may be considered objectionable, harmful, sensitive, politically incorrect or inconvenient as determined by governments, media outlets, authorities or other groups or institutions.”

Totalitarianism is the politicization and control of every aspect of life.  It can easily be sugar-coated and sold with high-minded language.  When it begins slipping in more sinister directions, the supporters of “benevolent totalitarianism” are willing to forgive its appetites, because they don’t want to surrender their sense of idealism… and they really don’t mind if people they loathe are oppressed…

…Citizens must learn to weigh their words very carefully.  That’s a way of teaching them to weigh their very thoughts carefully, internally policing themselves, lest external social-justice police have to be called in.  We are told to accept this new, constrained view of free expression because only “bad” thoughts will be suppressed, but as Murray demonstrates, the definition of bad-thought becomes elastic very quickly, and the ability to write those definitions is a source of incredible power.

And it’s happening all over the internet in small, insidious ways. My friends over at Truthstream Media face it every time they put up a video that ruffles feathers. (Learn more about YouTube censorship here.)

Dissenting opinions on social media are censored as well. For example, my Facebook page related to my other website has been the victim of extreme censorship this week – but not of what I’m saying – of what the readers are saying.

Look at this screenshot I took. The lines of three dots are comments that Facebook has hidden via a “profanity” filter – but the alleged profanity is commenters who say negative things about Hillary Clinton. (PS: I have my profanity filters turned off. Swear words don’t terrify me.)

If you visit the page, you won’t see this view, however. The only people who can see the hidden comments – or even that comments have been hidden – are page administrators. To a person who follows the page, they wouldn’t even know that other people’s comments were censored by Facebook.

This type of subtle censorship has more of an impact than one might think.

When comments of support for a statement are hidden, it skews the public perception of support. For example, someone might come across my controversial post and say, “Oh, look, only a couple of people agreed with her. Look at all of the people who disagree.”

This indirect form of censorship helps people dismiss unpopular information or opinions more easily.

The Angry Left

And this brings me to the angry left, the adamant supporters of Hillary Clinton, the so-called “Social Justice Warriors.”

You make me sick.

The actions that you can allow to slide past your ethical boundaries astonish me. It tells me a lot about who you really are as a person.

It’s one thing if you honestly feel Trump is a greater threat than HRC and are voting for her despite her flaws. I don’t agree, but I get it.

The problem is, most seem totally oblivious. Many of her supporters think Clinton is the Mother Mary, Beyonce, and a bag of chips, all rolled into one ill-fitting pantsuit.

For crying out loud, there are people out there voting for Hillary Clinton just because she possesses a vagina. I would be happy to see a woman president at some point, but not one who is an embarrassment to women. If anything, HRC as the first female president will set us all back a few centuries in our quest for equality.

She’s a criminal who has managed thus far to elude prosecution because she has friends in high places.

That cognitive dissonance, though.

This entire election has been bulls**t from start to finish. Hillary Clinton stole the nomination from Bernie Sanders, and she will surely steal the election, too.

And she’ll get away with it.

Somehow, people idolize her, defend her, and refuse to see any wrong. If you present evidence of wrong-doing or of any contrarian opinion, they come unglued. They burn vehicles with the wrong bumper sticker. They destroy the meager possessions of a homeless woman who supports the wrong candidate.

What do you think they’ll do if Trump gets elected? The tantrum will be epic, destructive, and violent, and they’ll feel righteous about it. (Get prepped for that, by the way. It’s going to happen regardless of who wins.)

There is something deeply wrong with people who can overlook these acts of other Clinton supporters, the Machiavellian acts of the DNC, and the acts of Clinton herself. That these anti-gun would-be pacifists can embrace a woman who has already stated that she’ll institute a no-fly zone that will kick off WWIII with Russia, a country that possesses a nuclear arsenal to rival our own, is beyond my ability to fathom.

Hillary voters, when we see the mushroom cloud over America, know that I blame you and your ridiculous cognitive dissonance. I blame you and your willful ignorance. You will be every bit as guilty as the person who pushes the button. You will have ended the world as we know it.

If you’re reading this, there is hope.

Obviously, some people can handle the truth, as sordid as it may be. And that means that all is not lost.

As tragic as the situation is in our country right now, there is an awakening occurring. There are people listening.

Right now, our government is a plutocracy instead of a constitutional republic, and Hillary Clinton is clearly the Chosen One.

The truth is, we never really had a choice. Our country has been co-opted, silently taken over, stealthily chipping away for decades.

Where are the rebels?

Where are all of the people who promised to defend our country against enemies, foreign and domestic?

Where are the militias and the three percenters?

Where are the people who got into law enforcement because they believe in justice?

It’s time to take that power back. It’s time to take our country back, and we can do it using truth as our weapon.

While we may be small in number, we are mighty in intelligence, morals, and insight. We know that what is going on is horribly wrong and we won’t sit by idly. Despite the tactics of so-called “journalists,” regardless of social media manipulations, and although the slumbering masses stubbornly resist being awakened like a teenager on a school day, we cannot be silenced.

The right of revolution was irrevocably intertwined in the Constitution and the documents of the Founding Fathers.

According to the Declaration of Independence

“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.–That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, –That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.”

We can withdraw our consent.

That means that you don’t have to accept the unjust laws. That means you don’t have to quietly take it, muttering under your breath that it isn’t right, but not daring to raise your voice.  That means that “they” are only in control of you if you allow it.

Only 3% of the population fought in the Revolutionary War, and only 10% actively supported them.

There are nearly 324 million people in the United States. (source)

If 9,720,000 people quietly and peacefully revolted by withdrawing their consent to be governed by tyrants, we could not be silenced.

If 32,400,000 people supported those revolting, we could not be stopped.

It’s time to use our right of revolution.

It’s time to bring truth and justice back to America.

  1. Good article, Daisy, but I do feel compelled to forward parallel theories.

    The “left” (or the “liberals”) are people who have been thoroughly programmed by the Zionist media, and have modeled their lives around the “liberal” philosophies forwarded therein. They’re becoming unhinged right now because the faulty logic they’ve built their lives upon is being exposed as the scam that it is. They literally have nothing left as far as their belief system is concerned, and it’s disconcerting. (kind of like a little kid discovering there’s not really a Santa Claus)

    “People are literally devolving.”
    …..because they’ve been allowed to devolve. They’re wallowing in the luxury of an easy, and predictable life ahead of them, but the majority will “snap out of it”, and face reality when circumstances force them to. The biggest problem with them is that they’ll be unprepared materially (no preps) to deal with it.
