The law is the law. You can not separate illegal immigration from the law.
This illegal is no different from any other criminal. He was deported and he should not be here. The rule of law? In the US the rule of law is dead. Why follow the law if it is not enforced. Our legal system has been corrupted and this is just further proof. WAKE UP SHEEPLE!
