This is a parody (but very educational) video of a young man exercising his civil rights to the fullest extent of the law at an unconstitutional DUI checkpoint in Los Angeles. This flusters the two incompetent police officers at the scene so much that they ultimately let him leave.
Published by JoyCamp in early June 2013, this video bears several striking similarities to the viral video of the young man stopped in Tennessee on the 4th of July nearly a month later, including “not rolling the window down far enough” as the catalyst for everything that follows.
