Falcon Transport out of Ohio closed the doors, ceased all operations and stranded drivers on the road. Sound familiar? Just like Arrow. Some Falcon Transport drivers have not been paid in weeks. What can you do if you are a Falcon Transport driver? I would drive the truck back to your car and go home. Take a video of you leaving the truck and start looking for a job. If you lease a truck you are in a world of hurt. You likely have lost your money because the truck is an asset of Falcon, not you. More on this during my live show Monday at 1pm EST. 600 drivers told no money to pay them as many were hundreds of miles from home. So what really happened here? Well, when you start racking up DOT violations, for things like failed brake inspections, bad vehicle maintenance procedures, hiring unqualified foreigners that have their head up their ass, you get smacked with bad ratings.
When this happens, brokers will no longer do business with you because your on a shit list. A dirty little secret that nobody wants to talk about. It’s a point system that developes when you start to rack up these violations. Brokers have access to these list. They simply look at the list and determine who had the shitiest ratings and act like anybody else would, and not give that company any business.
Nuff said.

Rude awakening on the horizon
Yep, the mega trucking companies, some who own 25,000 trailers, pretty much rule the roost, they have their little mafia pow wows in secret locations, and set the rates and rules for how they want things to run. There are only about 3 or 4 majors out there that literally run things nationally. It’s no fkg secret, obvious on its face. They have Trump paid off big time. Trump is probably the largest crook on the planet in this respect, hasn’t worked an honest day in his pathetic life, lives off graft, deception you name it. Russians and eastern European mafia tied in huge as well.
It’s so bad that anybody getting into this business is held down unless you literally hand over that manilla envelope every payday to some toilet bug somewhere. You see the start up carriers with brand new equipment, tractors and trailers, hundreds of employees working for a good wage etc. Those drivers are working for mafia inc. In some respects, a better deal than working for anybody else because you always get that check, your always loaded and your driving new equipment.
This unfortunately is the reality of this business. People have to eat, take care of their families, this is what they have to do!
You want to start up in this business, better learn Russian, you want to be successful on the east coast, better learn Russian.
I hate to say it, it’s not a bad deal. Do I know Russian, no but I smile alot.
Just to he clear, the trucking companies effected as I have stated above move the general freight, not the logging trucks, heavy equipment trucks, all other types of trucking other than general freight.These are the mom and pop trucks that built this country, the Russians came into Jew York and Chicago and took big control. Those areas ship to all points across the US. Huge operation.
Easter Europeans run brokerages all over the mid west and north east, huge.
