Gov. Ralph Northam: Register Your AR-15 with Government or Hand It Over

Breitbart – by AWR Hawkins

Gov. Ralph Northam (D) announced Monday his “assault weapons” ban will mean AR-15 owners can either register their guns with the government or hand them over.

The Virginia Mercury reported Northam spokeswoman Alena Yarmosky used a statement to say, “The governor’s assault weapons ban will include a grandfather clause for individuals who already own assault weapons, with the requirement they register their weapons before the end of a designated grace period.”

Yarmosky made clear details on other gun controls will be made known before the start of the 2020 session in which Democrats take charge.

On December 10, 2019, Breitbart News reported dozens of Virginia counties have declared themselves Second Amendment Sanctuaries, vowing not to enforce new gun controls which Democrats intend to pass. CNN reported that the total of number of Second Amendment Sanctuary counties in Virginia exceeds 40.

Gov. Northam made clear his intention to launch a war on guns just days after the Democrats won legislative victories. He has a number of gun control plans in addition to an “assault weapons” ban.

  1. 1st off, Ha Ha Ha Ha haaaaa.. !

2nd off, Gov. Ralph Northam (D), I don’t live in your State, but I am pretty sure most of these corporate governments are getting orders to begin implementing these same BS Criminal “Laws” you wish to as well.

So, what we free Americans will say is, since you have no testicles between your legs, you will have to send your enforcers to come out and force such “Laws” upon the people at large, randomly what have you….

when they come and after they are dispatched for their obvious naked crimes of violating our peoples laws, the bill of rights, we will then come to hang every last one of you traitor mthrfkrs in every State that desires to do these same things…

your dumb enforcers maybe retards, but some of them know they ain’t gonna survive anything that gets near to confiscating guns of any kind from Americans… and we ain’t playing your Civil War game either, you want war, their will be no rules… it ends… enough of this tyranny….

We know your are acting on orders from on high, but good luck, get it going, don’t wait, bring it…

  2. Done talking
    Done pounding my chest
    Done with the bravado

Time for you and yours to reap what you sew , coward

  3. “He has a number of gun control plans in addition to an “assault weapons” ban.”

This one is a SPESHUL KINDA STOOPID, ain’t he?

No one in ANY OTHER STATE has complied with ANY of the new Draconian ‘gun laws’ passed, so what makes you think you’re any different, RETARD???

He won’t even know he’s being hung until that trapdoor drops.

    idiot

    1. My unalienable Rights aren’t up for a vote. WE the People, are already superior to any so-called “deputies” that are subservient to the elected sheriff, who is subservient to the People. Save your time and effort, it only shows concession and acquiescence to their unlawful “authority”. They have NONE. Every vote, no matter which way, is a vote for them. Time to FIGHT, not play their F’g games of losing attrition.

      1. BAM ! Are people really so in fear they look every which way to avoid the inevitable? Perhaps it is as Misty stated the other day…..’people don’t know their own authority’

    2. The county corporation is as much in violation of the 9th Article as the federal corporation in committing the crime of passing any policy involving the 2nd Article of the ratified law.
As for the deputization, those people would be deputized into the jurisdiction of the unlawful administrative admiralty, which is all a ploy to implement a civil war.
The Bill of Rights belongs to the people. It is on the people to enforce that ratified law and remove the corporation and the 14th Amendment tyranny from the local municipality to the Oval Office.
      Don’t fall for it.

    3. Frank, the link you posted to natural news has the Culpeper sheriff Jenkins saying this.

“If the legislature decides to restrict certain weapons [in a way] I feel harms our community, I will swear in thousands of auxiliary deputies in Culpeper,” Jenkins added.

So unless Jenkins FEELS that the legislature is harming the community by restricitons then he is more than willing to infringe on the 2nd Article.

His comment is seditious when held up to the people’s ratified law.

His feelings have absolutely nothing to do with, “shall NOT be infringed.”

Even one atom of restrictions is infringement to go along with the already infringements against the 2nd Article.

  4. Thank you all for your comments, I still have much to learn about “the Big Picture” and the myriad ways many of us have been programmed.

I remain vigilant and know you are as well,

    Frank

    1. dear Frank, the ‘Big Picture’ is that our Bill of Rights is Supreme Law
glad you are here to learn 🙂
