A quick video of the first spring planting here in the Carolinas. This is a low-till, intensive culture seed sowing technique. Our last frost date is April 1. USDA zone 8a. Seeds were sown on 2/22/14. I use a japanese 18″ Nejiri Gama Hoe for my hand tool in this video.
