Health & Wellness programs are really a national ‘behavioral’ surveillance program

Iowa’s “Healthiest State Initiative” (HSI) uses schools, banks, businesses and govt. entities to spy on its residents health. FYI, Iowa has been spying on its citizens since 2011.

In the above video at approx. 15 minutes they brag about how physicians will be spying on citizens and encouraging them to go to the dentist once a year, etc.

In 2011, Iowa Gov. Branstad introduced Jurgens as one of three co-chairs of the initiative, along with John Forsyth, CEO of Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield and Doug Reichardt, Chairman Emeritus of Holmes Murphy & Associates and chair of the Iowa Sports Foundation. Assisting them in this effort is a coalition of stakeholders that includes leaders from the business, government, education, healthcare and nonprofit sectors.

The HSI is a privately led, public effort that spies on Iowans health. It involves individuals, families, businesses, faith-based organizations, not-for-profits and the public sector in a broad-based, community-surveillance effort.

Did you catch that, the HSI is using churches, synagogues, mosques, etc., to spy on you!

Doubt that DHS is influencing our churches, synagogues, mosques etc.? Yesterday I reported howchurches are using facial recognition software to spy on their members.

“I can tell you in general that churches also don’t like to be described as privacy invaders, most of them would like to keep this confidential.”

Below are two more examples of how DHS is working with churches etc.

In 2012  DHS created a “Faith based Security and Communications Advisory Committee“.

“DHS has a CONSISTENT history of reaching out to and working with faith-based organizations.”

The Department’s Center for Faith-Based and Community Initiatives (CFBCI) is one of the 12 federal agency offices/centers under President Obama’s Faith-Based and Neighborhood Partnerships. The role of the center is to maximize the appropriate participation of faith-based and community organizations (FBCOs) in Departmental programs.

The mission of the center is to build resilient communities among faith-based and community organizations. In collaboration with federal, state and local partners.

DHS has even partnered with the Christian Emergency Network.

Back to HSI, they’ve made it easier to spy on everyone by creating an online assessment tool.

A press release from Iowa Gov. Terry Branstad’s office noted that Tim Kintner, executive vice president of Bankers Trust, and committee members from various businesses, schools and state agencies played a significant role in the assessment’s maturation.

What possible role would bankers have in creating an assessment program? Well they’re stakeholders so if you guessed money, give yourself a gold star.

“The HSI assessment program will provide an assessment tool friendly to schools, workplaces and communities of all sizes.”

“The HSI assessment program will nudge sustainable improvements by providing immediate feedback with access to resources and tools to implement change.”

‘Assessment tools’ are attitude/behavior surveillance tools, plain and simple!

According to the HSI video they’re developing an employer toolkit as well, which will be used to spy on employee’s health (see the HSI video above approx. 17 minutes in).

Employers are told to use HSI or else:

“If you have dental insurance, preventive services, such as cleanings and exams, are often completely covered, so there’s little or no out-of-pocket cost to you. Make sure to use your benefits – don’t lose them!”

Under the HSI, companies are forced to compete against each other and spy on their employees health, with the best companies receiving awards! Sounds nothing like Nazi Germanyor the USSR which forced schools and businesses to spy on everyone now does it?

The HSI pilot program sites consisted of a mix of public and private entities. Included were Red Oak Senior High School, Marshalltown High School, Southview Middle School, Indianola Middle School, Shell Rock Elementary, Hubbard-Radcliffe Elementary, RDG, CDS Global, ACT, Rockwell Collins, Van Meter Industrial, Wesley Life, the Rassmussen Group, Houghton State Bank and the Iowa League of Cities.

Healthier State Initiatives are cropping up in Tennessee, Washington, Oregon and Illinois which proudly boasts they’ve enlisted YMCA’s to spy on people.

There is even a Healthier State Initiatives Facebook page.

Is the health initiative a cover to spy on everyone’s health? What happened to HIPPA?

Jami Haberl is the Executive Director of Safeguard Iowa which works for/with DHS.

In 2012 the Whitehouse promoted the HSI surveillance program.

The HSI surveillance program goes by another name called the “Blue Zone Project” which masquerades as a fitness/wellness project sponsored by Blue Cross.

Blue Cross has close ties to DHS, their Chief Security Officer Douglas Falduto is a member of the New Jersey Department of Homeland Security’s Domestic Preparedness subcommittee, representing the health insurance industry.

Innosoft which aids Blue Cross and numerous government agencies boasts how they have a close relationship with DHS and just about every other government agency.

All signs point to the HSI program as being a DHS front which they’ve used to subvert HIPPA.  HSI is using doctors, schools, businesses and companies to assess your behavior and attitudes.
