“H.E.L.M.” stands for “HOMELAND ERADICATION OF LOCAL MILITANTS.”
Yes, you read that correctly. ERADICATION OF LOCAL MILITANTS (i.e.-Patriots, militias, NWO resisters, gun owners, Constitutionalists, etc.)
This article alleges that JADE HELM has been going on for a long time, and that this operation from July-September 2015 is simply the closing of it. Here’s how:
“First came the infiltration in to key communities and local militias and organizations to assess the risk. Second came the report, and later deployment of the needed military equipment to the local sheriffs and police departments. We have seen the procurement of arms, ammunition, food and water in crazy amounts, and then those supplies were delivered to key locations. The trap is set, and all that is left is to herd us like rats into the trap.”

I just skimmed through about half of the “documented information” and it didn’t say squat about Jade Helm. It looked to me like a standard set of protocols for troop deployment, and some of it was in reference to actions in other countries.
There was a section that discussed all of the branches of U.S. Gov’t that might assist in deployment operations, but it didn’t seem like domestic activity was the focus of the publication.
Read it yourself. I’m still having coffee, and I won’t look into it in detail until later, if at all.
The part I found interesting was the acronym for “HELM”….. I must confess I did not read the entire manual thoroughly, since bureaucratic language tends to put me to sleep, especially after 11PM. I sent this in to be digested by those who have the interest in such voluminous material, because I know there are a few here who go in for that, and also because it is a bureaucratic publication of their process. Believe me, if it was earthshaking information, I would have called in to the Intelligence Report or the W.F.T.T personally.

I searched the document for “Joint Assistant for Deployment and Execution” and “HOMELAND ERADICATION OF LOCAL MILITANTS”. There is ZERO about either. In fact, the word “militant” does not appear anywhere in this document.
In fact, this appears to be more fear mongering, like the shit that Dave Hodges or Stevie Quayle vomit constantly.
Jade Helm reminds me of Y2K. I learned my lesson that time. I bought into the fear mongering and it ruined my credibility with everyone I tried to “warn”. Not going to do that again.
You should already have been prepared for a couple months without food and other vital necessities. Keep your eyes open but DO NOT BUY INTO THE FEAR.
