Our bodies are designed to survive. Aside from your spiritual being, the earth body has many functions. Our subconscious protects us on two fronts. Internal threats and external threats.
External threats are predators, storms, weapons, etc. Internal threats are bacterial, fungal and viral. There are also mental illness which is an internal illness of a virtual nature.
We are analog and our mind has a base frequency. The higher the frequency the better we are at defending from external threats. The lower the frequency the better we are at defending from internal threats and injuries.
When we go Fight-or-Flight, our minds frequency shoots way up. Digestion slows down, hair growth stops, saliva production slows, any internal process that isn’t life critical will slow or stop to preserve needed energy for running, jumping, fighting, etc.
When there is no external threats, we relax and our body becomes optimize for internal health.
Often times we are stuck in a higher vibration due to fears of bills, work, stress and the like. This reduces our bodies ability to heal internally as we are stuck in a mode that is better for external defense. Which is how people are “grouchy”. They are in defense mode.
There is a metering function at the base of our brain. When we are art a high frequency, more nervous energy is directed down the spine and into the muscles for added performance. This makes the brains ability to think intensive thoughts stop.
When we are relaxed, we direct less energy down the spine and more back into the brain. So we have stronger imaginations and can think more detailed, critical thoughts, problems, etc. Our body is healing both physically and mentally.
You may have noticed, after a fight-or-flight episode, your arms and legs are shaky when trying to calm down. This is because your brain is sending lots of nervous energy down the spine but it has no where to go. So it is dissipated by the shakes.
The Time effect
Our awareness is not times by the Earths rotation. Our clocks are times by Earths rotation.
We are timed by our brains tick cycle just like a CPU does, sort of.
A specific thought process or moment to you will feel so long in time. This is x amount of pulses to achieve this sensation of time passage.
One person at 10 Hz and another is at 20 Hz, the person at 20 Hz is experiencing life twice as fast as the other.
In other words, when we go fight/flight and our frequency is very high, like 50 Hz, minutes seem like hours because we are experiencing time distortion. We are experiencing time sensation faster.
When we sleep at 1 hz, 8 hours of sleep will feel like 30 minutes or so.
When at work, if stressed, we are at a higher frequency so the day drags on and takes forever. When at home relaxed, time flies by. This is because of the pulses we rack up. When stressed, we experience life faster per second so time seems to go by much slower.
At first, looking at a second hand and you will not notice the difference. But after some practice you will begin to sense your minds frequency against the time dilation of the second hand.
When you can notice the time difference, now you can help direct your mind into a lower vibration state for optimal internal health.

The love factor, what you feel inside your heart.
We can will it to grow. We are not at the command of our emotions, they are a choice. We choose to feel as we do, whether we know it or not. Which is why it is hard for a couple fighting to say nice things. they WANT to be angry.
Learn to get over that first.
Now, will your feelings of love to grow. You will reach a limit to how far you can amplify your love.
When you reach your limit, think about what ever pops into your mind. This is the issue you need to resolve to progress further. Resolve and remove the blockage, rest.
Next day, will it further again to your limit. Repeat this process to strengthen your hearts ability to produce the sensation of love. A spiritual, spring day kind of love, not a strange peace hippy love.
Once it reaches a certain point of intensity, you will be able to heal small, minor injuries with your hands. You need to amplify your heart during this and direct it down your arms.
Your hand will get a little warm or may tingle some. it helps if the person receiving is a strong believer. it can be done mentally across great distances but needs more amplification of your love.
When ever you think of a person, the emotional state and intensity will effect this person. Most people have very weak emotions even thought they treat them like it is the strongest thing ever.
When you strengthen your ability to love, you MUST be careful not to be angry at someone. As you may cause greater harm as well. The power goes both ways and is a reflection of our free will.
The minds eye
Close your eyes and look for any sparkle, flash or wiggle of color.
Picture a specific color you want to see. Imagine it and then your mind will flash it before you very briefly. This is how to control your subconscious vision. it is just like the difference between conscious awareness and subconscious awareness. This time it is conscious imagery versus subconscious imagery.
Pay attention to these lights, patterns. The more you gaze at them, the stronger they become.
In conjunction with your ability to strengthen your love in your heart, this will amplify the closed eye visions.
These closed eye visions is one popular way for the Heavens to speak to you personally. Think of it like a game of charades from Heaven.
If you have trouble seeing these sparks, patterns, etc….try rubbing your eyes briefly. You will see it. if not, you are spiritually weakened and need to strengthen.
Sometimes people are stuck in a hateful emotion. Often it is result of them being genuinely done wrong too. They carry this sympathetic concept of empathy to bring positive results.
It does not.
As girly as it may appear, crying is a fantastic way to release blocks which appear during emotional exercises.
The trick is to will it stronger. It may seem odd for some but we do have direct control over our emotions and how strongly we feel them.
Your emotions are only one part of your complex mind system.
We have 7 minds which work together to create what appears as one consciousness.
1- The tail bone, the base, the Alpha force This is the alpha, the source of your nervous spirit energy.
2- Sexual organs, the divider. This is where the force is divided into two polarities. Obviously males have the male force dominant and females have the other polarity dominant.
Sexual intercourse is an act of these two energies meeting and sharing. It is the appropriate location for such as the energy is kept at a ying-yang state.
3- Instinct, the gut. This is where the polar energy is further divided into basic logic. It has no opinion, only knows direct cause and effect. This is the beginning of making the energy intelligent.
4- Emotion, the Heart, the Center. This is where those cause and effect patterns are cataloged. We choose what we like and dislike. This is also the center of the energy system and the gateway to our Creator.
Notice this is where we make a choice with what we like and dislike. This is where free will is rendered.
5- The Song, the voice, expression. This is where our emotional catalog is further calculated and made into song. This is how life expresses the emotions we have.
6- The Picture, The Eye, render environment. This is where we render input and interpret our environment. A further calculated process of the energy going up the spine.
7- The Spirit, the Omega force. not much can tell about this state of mind. As it is above words and images, one can not use words or images to describe it.
As a picture is worth a thousand words, and a word is worth a thousand emotions, an emotion is worth a thousand instincts, Instinct is worth a thousand divisors…..
Such is that, a spirit moment is worth a thousand pictures.
This is the system of our awareness.
1- Base Existence
2- Divided for process, duality
3- Calculating the binary for base thought patterns
4- Catalog the the patterns in emotion
5- Express the patterns in song
6- Render and understand the effect of the song
7- Be universally aware, and more unexplainable
Knowing this, you can explore these modes of thought.
This theory is my own. I have proven it in practice on mild levels. I am myself improving my own limits.
Our body does it automatically. We just need to know what side of the fence to rest on.
It is easy for people to increase brainwave frequencies. It isn’t as easy to lower them.
One trick I use is immobility. If you remain perfectly still for 20 minutes, your brainwaves will drop substantially. Naturally, that is the same process to go to sleep which is also in low frequency state.
When at work, learn to reduce all stress possible. Just do your job like a boss with no ill feelings. You will find the work day will go by much faster.
Likewise, if you need physical strength, warm up exercises are good to increase brainwave frequency as well as silencing your mind and thought. The less you think about, the more we can dedicate to muscular performance.
Like when a Dad lifts a car off his son, he can’t remember much and can’t think of what he was thinking except a generic thought, MOVE CAR. With increased strength, the Dad is able to lift the car off his son.
