The advice to this person is never give up, the system is just a system it is inanimate just as a hammer is a hammer and a bad system is a just poor system and a bad hammer is just a poor tool. The tradesman, the great teacher allows for the imperfections of the tools provided.
Knowledge is truth.
“Socialism is not in the least what it pretends to be. It is not the pioneer of a better and finer world, but the spoiler of what thousands of years of civilization have created. It does not build, it destroys. For destruction is the essence of it. It produces nothing, it only consumes what the social order based on private ownership in the means of production has created”.

There’s a misconception regarding the educational system, that people believe it’s broken…it’s not.
It performs just like it was designed. Unfortunately, the sheople, many of them teachers, have no idea what they are teaching, let alone how to teach. There’s a reason why they call it indoctrination.
People are not born idiots, they are educated to be idiots.
Learners today are in an Orwellian program, being dumbed down so they can become a good citizen of the new world order. I think its working great for them…
I am right there with you. I feel the exact same way as you. I am tired, and I want to get out, too. I have been teaching for 10 years, and I remember a time when I loved it, but you put into words what I have been feeling for the past three years. I wish you the best as you journey into new opportunities and adventures.
This is the strategy in the work place everywhere…
Employees are written up over lies and bullshit daily so a case is built to fire anyone and everyone without an obligation to pay unemployment.
High turnover and bad records for good employees is the norm now.
Silencing the independent has been the goal for too long now.

Time to stop the madness.
