Garcia-Vasquez was arrested on the spot and taken to jail. According to the Globe-News, he was taken to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement where he was fingerprinted and identified as a Mexican national.

  1. “He faces charges of illegal alien in possession of a firearm.”

But none for actually being in the country illegally.

    1. Hahaha! Dude, you beat me to it. Talk about dodging the root of the problem. Oh the insanity.

Apparently being here ILLEGALLY means it is not ILLEGAL anymore. I’m confused.

      1. You might need the ‘board of wisdom’ to alleviate that confusion, NC.

I hear it works well for JD & Millard.
