Interesting from a guy named Lumumba….is he related to the communist Belgian Congo independence leader Patrice Lumumba? And wouldn’t a city that elected a guy named Lumumba be likely majority black? So is he saying this likely black majority city needs to take away guns from (likely black) “violent gun owners” with open carry in order to protect themselves from (perhaps) communists like this Lumumba guy? (Or is he just referring to whites?) But a commie is gonna do what a commie is gonna do….
“A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear what the politicians consider legal Arms , shall not be infringed except when ‘executive orders’ are issued.” Oh wait, there seems to be a few extra words in there.
