I’m sure it was more the content of his words than the time
I am unaware that the 1st amendment has a 3 minuet time limit
Governments at all 3 levels have done an end run on the 1st with the charge…disturbing the peace…which means making noise or a commotion in a public place where there us a gathering. Funny how that charge is rarely used when the speaker and his supporters are armed. The government are cowards.
Every one of those people know he is right and of course what do they do?
