Saw them at some smallish arena in my home town in 1969 and “Monster” was the finale.
As for Catholic school, I hated it as well, grades 1 through 4…when I got to public school in grade 5, it was like I had to re-learn arithmetic, and I finally had science classes! (In those days, Catholic elementary schools did NOT teach science…they taught the “Catechism”….)
I never saw them, but discovered “Hipo’s rolling down the river” by SW in seventh grade its been an road to awakening. I also hated Catechism and public school.
They played at my high school the year after I was kicked out.
It was a Catholic high school, I hated it, so I made sure I was obnoxious enough my freshman year there to NOT be wanted back the next year.
I to 3rd to 5th grades, I hated Catholic school. Its interesting that they played there at your school.
