My Fox 8DURHAM, N.C. — North Carolina Central University is on lockdown due to a “possible active shooter on campus.”
The school sent out an alert around 2:40 p.m. The alert reads:
“Active shooter. If safe, seek shelter away from gunfire. Active shooter. Seek shelter. Lock your door. Stay away from windows.”
There was no immediate word on any injuries.
Students were being told to shelter in place.

What they should be saying is, “If any one wants to exercise their 2nd Article rights on this “active shooter” who is shooting up the place for no reason, by all means go ahead” rather than, “Lock your door. Stay away from windows” and basically hide like a coward.
