This shows a very large, powerful, low pressure system, BEFORE it was attacked, and destroyed by the big Alaska Haarp transmitter. This is the reason for the west coast drought. Every low pressure system is squashed, and broken apart, by the man-made high pressure of the Haarp downburst.

This is Part 2, and shows the breakup of a powerful storm system, just west of Washington state. It was hit with the dry air downburst, from the Alaska Haarp transmitter. By heating a spot in the ionosphere, dry air is pressed down, and this hot spot can be moved 100 times/second, with great precision. This is the technology used to kill all storm systems, out in the Pacific, before they can bring rain to the west coast.

This is PROOF of a Haarp downburst, which stopped rain from reaching Oregon. The drought, on the west coast, is being maintained by these Haarp attacks. Here is a list of the proof shown in this video:
1) Sudden, clockwise rotation is absolute proof of falling air, or high pressure (high pressure prevents rain).
2) A circular ring of dry air, forms, and moves outward, marking the zone of high pressure.
3) There is absolutely NO natural explanation for the sudden appearance of clockwise flow, or high pressure in that location, at that time.
4) Thunderstorms in the center of the circular high pressure are squashed.
5) The surface winds, and jetstream winds, make it impossible for a high pressure to form in that location.
6) The circular ring of dry air, expands at a steady rate, and keeps it’s original shape, proving it is a roll cloud, or “smoke ring”, of enclosed dry air.
7) A sudden, downward, pulse of dry air is the only thing that can create that type of dry air roll cloud.
8) The location, and movement, of the thunderstorm complex proves it was targeted, to stop rain from entering Oregon.
9) The vertical velocity map confirms a circular ring of falling air, at that location, at that time.
10) The circular, expanding, ring of dry air triggers the development of a strong thunderstorm, proving it has the lift energy of a roll cloud.
11) No other part of the disorganized cloud mass recieved a High pressure downburst, since no other part was bringing rain onshore.
12) The Haarp downburst roll cloud was hidden on the visible light map, by a cotton candy cloud, photoshopped on top of the thunderstorm complex.
If any meteorologists can explain why there was a sudden formation of a circular ring, and/or high pressure, on top of that thunderstorm complex, I would be grateful if you would explain the mechanism.
We need several people to buy a cheap, USB spectrum analyzer, and connect it to an old fashioned, VHF, rooftop, TV antenna. That will give each person the ability to identify, and find the direction of the Haarp signal. If just two people do that, they can use a map, to find the location of the Haarp attack. This is REALLY IMPORTANT, and needs to be done all along the west coast, if people are serious about ending the drought. I recommend searching ebay for “USB spectrum analyzer 40MHz”. These are about $120, so no big expenditure is needed. Also, you will want to have a TV antenna that can be rotated, while looking at the PC display of the USB spectrum analyzer. This USB spectrum analyzer is also perfect for looking at the Extreme Low Frequency signal of the ionosphere, during a Haarp attack.
If we don’t stop this eco-terrorism, the world will become the most terrifying nightmare, in only a few years.
So, don’t be afraid to fight, BE AFRAID if you DON’T fight.
