Am I crazy to think that nukes are just used as deterrent methods ? Like the “ I got bigger guns ( or more of them) than the other guy When all it is , is a ploy to get the other guy to back off Like a mental mind fck game all the big boys play Reply
My vote: not crazy. I think both exist: deterrents and actuals, though I can’t say how big or extent of capability. . Reply
