OKLAHOMA CITY – A man in his 70s died in an officer-involved shooting in northwest Oklahoma City Sunday morning.

Oklahoma City police responded to a suicidal call just before 7 a.m. Sunday in the 4300 block of N.W. 21st Terrace.  

According to police, a woman reported her husband was threatening to commit suicide.

Officials said after police arrived and made entry into the home, the husband pulled a gun and police shot him. The man was pronounced dead on the scene.

The names of the deceased and the officers involved have not been released.
