Night before last, the HP crashed too. Just got it back and this was the first thing I saw when I checked in on the Trenches..Thanks, digger. 🙂 🙂 🙂
Just think Angel, this song was over 47 years old and it still rings true, yea – the PTB make sure nothin` changes because they have bought off the shepples but people are waking up! I think Ottis Redding would be proud that his song was so futuristic as I belive that he has woke people up with that song I think.
I am glad your hubby likes it. we could sit on the dock anytime – say hi to your hubby for me if you could, I would be very proud to sit on that dock with him and you Angel 😉
🙂 😉
Did you know that Otis never got paid for that song? He died the week before it was released. 🙁
Seems as though I do remember that. Yea probobly because he was a black? man 🙁 🙁 damned sad too of us so called white boys to do that. I am ashamed 😐
Hey Angel. How’s your man doing?
It has been a very trying/expensive/tough week for us. 🙁
Holding on. 😉
Sorry. email me if you need anything. 🙂
The sad thing was is Otis died before this came out, this was on a lot on AM stations early 70’s in me mums car, along with other early 70’s songs that later became classics, always did like this song.
