Arizona – -(Ammoland.com)- The Harrison City Council was asked about the cities position on Act 746, which seems to have brought Arkansas law in line with the State and Federal constitutions.

In response to rapidly dwindling global honey bee populations – vital in pollinating a third of the world’s crops – environmental and food safety groups have sued the EPA for approving bee-ravaging pesticides despite damning evidence of their effects.
The Center for Food Safety filed in mid-December a legal brief in support of a lawsuit backed by many organizations that seeks a reversal of the US Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) May decision to approve sulfoxaflor – a type of insecticide chemical known as a neonicotinoid that is associated with mass death among bee populations worldwide. Reported sexual assaults in the US military increased by over 50 percent in 2013, new data reveals. The boost punctuates a year filled with damning disclosures of a culture that has failed to protect the enlisted from systemic levels of sexual violence.

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) — Tough new restrictions were issued at the Kings Plaza shopping center in Brooklyn this week, after mayhem broke out earlier this week.

U.S. District Judge William H. Pauley III ruled that the National Security Agency’s bulk collection of American phone data is lawful resulting in the dismissal of a complaint originally filed by the American Civil Liberties Union. The decision was made by Judge William H. Pauley III shortly after U.S. District Judge Richard Leon in Washington ruled that the NSA program “almost certainly” violated the Fourth Amendment of the Constitution against unreasonable searches. Judge Leon actually didn’t go far enough because it “most certainly” violates the Fourth Amendment. This new ruling by Judge Pauley proves without question that he is a traitor. A United States federal judge has accused President Barack Obama’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) of being complicit in helping Mexican drug cartels and felons inside America smuggle illegal aliens into the country.
In a court order he signed on Dec. 13, 2013, U.S. District Judge Andrew S. Hanen of the U.S. District Court of the Southern District of Texas wrote that four times in the last four weeks he has heard troubling cases involving the DHS’s complicity in helping smuggle people across the border to their final destination. Chuck Wooten, a military veteran, was already ticked off about Rep. Paul Ryan (R-Wis.) and Sen. Patty Murray (D-Wash.) pushing through the “bipartisan” budget deal, which includes cuts to veterans’ retirement benefits. So when he got a fundraising email from Ryan’s office asking for money, he decided to really let the Wisconsin congressman know how he feels.
The scathing open letter, posted on Facebook last week, is going viral — and you only have to read the first few sentences to know why. MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – The runner-up in the Minneapolis mayoral election is recovering after being robbed and brutally beaten Thursday night at the Mall of America.
Mark Andrew, 63, was at a Starbucks inside the mall at around 7 p.m. Thursday when a man grabbed his phone off his table and ran off.
