Anyone who still lives in a city is a moron. When the excrement finally impacts the rotary oscillating mechanism, the cities will be the absolute worst places to be. Cities are ridiculously easy to control: shut off power and blockade all avenues of approach from outside, then sit back for a week or two while the city burns and its residents starve, die of thirst, or die from exposure.
