Pentagon Testing Top-Secret Swarming ‘Micro-Drones’ Launched from Fighter Jets

Free Thought Project – by Matt Agorist

The truth is slowly becoming stranger than fiction in the modern police/warfare state. Recently declassified information about an experiment out of the little known Strategic Capabilities Office (SCO) backs up this notion and is cause for major concern.

The SCO was launched in 2012 as a means of secretly strategizing for a war against China and Russia. Outside of this one video, they just released, very little is known about their experiments or weapons building.

“I have been in the classified, black world for my whole career, so all of this is new for me and I really wish I could go back,” the director of SCO, William Roper, a physicist who previously worked in missile defense, said to the Washington Post. “You can’t win wars if everything is outside the doors, but you can’t deter wars if everything is behind them.”

The irony behind Roper’s statement is that the US is not in the business of “winning wars,” only starting them. In fact, it’s largely accepted that the US hasn’t won a war since WW II.

Saber rattling with China and Russia is an insane and asinine move, but by releasing the video below, the US is doing exactly that.

Last week, Defense Secretary Ashton Carter disclosed the existence of Micro-drones that can be launched from the flare dispensers of F-16s and F/A-18 fighter jets traveling at the speed of sound. As the drones are released, tiny propellers provide them with the propulsion they need to find each other and create a swarm.

According to the Post, the specifics of what the mini-drones can do are classified, but they could be used to confuse enemy forces and carry out surveillance missions using equipment that costs much less than full-sized unmanned aircraft.

The idea of weaponized swarming micro-robots deployed by one of the most destructive governments in the history of the world — shocks the conscience. However, the war-mongering bureaucrats in D.C. are patting themselves on the back and using the release of this video to justify stealing even more of your tax dollars.

After the release of the video, Carter called for $902 million in funding for SCO in 2017 — nearly twice what it received this year, and 18 times what it started with, according to the Post.

Roper, the 36-year-old spook who’s involved in creating such sinister technology, likened the U.S. military to a football team trying to maintain their flawless record against spies learning their plays.

“Football teams – great football teams, dynasties – don’t throw out their playbook when that happens,” he said. “They say, ‘Alright, well, my opponents have optimized against what I do today, so I’ve got to get surprise and get trickery back on my side.’ So they weave trick plays into their playbooks. They start running when it looks like they’re going to pass, and pass when it looks like they’re going to run. They force their opponent to play honestly by catching them off-guard early in the game. I think that analogy holds very well for us.”

What Roper fails to mention is that the United States ‘football team,’ playing on a global level, is akin to the Denver Broncos playing a junior high school team with a 0 and 12 record, who don’t want to play at all.

The notion that the US is preparing for the rise of threats across the globe rings hollow to those who’ve been paying attention and realize that the US creates the conflicts only to play the role of savior — an ostensible measure used to enrich those who profit from war.

Below is an example of the runaway military industrial complex that Dwight D. Eisenhower warned Americans about over five decades ago — yet we’ve still failed to heed his advice.

“In the councils of government, we must guard against the acquisition of unwarranted influence, whether sought or unsought, by the military-industrial complex. The potential for the disastrous rise of misplaced power exists, and will persist.”

Once you understand that war is a business, you’ll know why they never end. There’s no money in “victory”, because it means the war profiteers have to start trouble somewhere else, and that could take years.

  2. “it’s largely accepted that the US hasn’t won a war since WW II”

The US did not “win” that one either.
I would argue that it was the soviets who “appear” to be the victors.

That is after the fact the jews controlled the whole thing and took what nobody would give them.
