McKINNEY, Texas (AP) — Hundreds of demonstrators marched Monday night to the pool where a white police officer pinned a black teenage girl to the ground and pulled a gun on others over the weekend. The protesters carried signs that included the phrases, “My skin color is not a crime” and “Fire Eric Casebolt.”
Some community activists in McKinney, an affluent, predominantly white Dallas suburb, have accused Casebolt, a 41-year-old officer, of racism. Others urged calm until the facts are investigated. According to neighbors, a woman who lives in the community reserved the pool for a party, said Benét Embry, a black local radio personality who witnessed the Friday incident. The homeowners’ association limits the number of guests each homeowner may have at the pool to two. But about 130 people, mostly kids, showed up. At one point, several kids began jumping over the fence to get into the pool area and were causing a disturbance, Embry said, and a couple of fights broke out.
“This was a teenage party that got out of hand,” Embry said. Police said some of the young people did not live in the area and did not have permission to be at the pool. The events were captured on video by a teenager. In the video, a black teenager in a bikini repeatedly cries out, “Call my momma!” as Casebolt pins her to the ground, only moments after drawing his handgun on other black teens.
“On your face!” he yelled at the girl, amid screaming from a crowd of onlookers. While he did not agree with the officer’s profanity or belligerence, Embry said, police were right to respond. “That’s what they are supposed to do — protect us,” he said. “I don’t know any other way he could have taken her down or established order.”
Casebolt has been placed on administrative leave. In a statement, the police department said the video “raised concerns that are being investigated.” City spokeswoman Anna Clark said Casebolt joined the police force in August 2005. Prior to that, he served almost two years as a state trooper, according to records from the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement. Casebolt took eight hours of cultural diversity training at Collin County Community College in February 2009, and has also taken courses in racial profiling and use of force.
The girl claimed Casebolt told her to walk away but forced her down after “he thought we were saying rude stuff to him,” according to an interview she gave to television station KDFW. “He grabbed me, twisted my arm on my back and shoved me in the grass and started pulling the back of my braids,” Dajerria Becton, 15, said. “I was telling him to get off me because my back was hurting bad.”
“I understand how he was feeling, everybody surrounding him,” she said. “I don’t think he should have pulled a gun out on 15-year-old kids.” Brandon Brooks, the teen who recorded the video, told KDFW that tensions rose after a white woman and a black teenager had an altercation. He said the white woman told the teen “to go back to Section 8 housing,” a reference to federal housing aid given to low-income families.
The comment holds extra significance in McKinney, which has been the target of lawsuits accusing its housing authority of racially segregating Section 8 housing. One long-running lawsuit was settled with a consent decree in 2012 that aimed to open up the west side to subsidized housing.
Brooks said the officer was “out of line” and that he felt compelled to keep filming when Casebolt pulled out his gun. “At that point, my heart did drop and I was scared that someone was going to get shot and possibly killed,” he said.
McKinney Mayor Brian Loughmiller said city officials plan to meet with community leaders. “We really need to come together as a community,” the mayor said. Nikki Perez, a black resident, attended a City Council meeting Monday to express her concern over the officer’s actions.
“I don’t excuse the behavior of those teenagers, but if I call 911, then I wouldn’t want that cop to respond,” Perez said. “He blew his credibility when he opened his mouth and started cursing at the kids.”
Robert Taylor, a criminology professor at the University of Texas at Dallas who has done studies for the McKinney Police Department, said both the officer and the teens at the pool party acted inappropriately.
The teens were not following police orders, he said, but the officer’s decision to pull out his gun did not help. “That’s not the way we’re trained,” he said. “We’re trained in policing to de-escalate problem encounters like this. … Obviously, that officer lost his cool. No doubt about it.”
Most people were released, except for one man arrested for interference with the duties of a police officer and evading arrest, police said.
I don’t think anyone is arguing that order should not have been restored. However pulling a gun should never be used as a threat to get control. If you pull a gun you better plan to use it. And that us the problem. Did he plan to use it to kill some out of control teens to maintain control or was he simply threatening them. Neither is acceptable and both are crimes. He should be charged with criminal wrecklessness with a deadly weapon and put away for 3-5.
“We’re trained in policing to de-escalate problem encounters like this.”
ROTFLMFAO..oh , really ? I beg to differ
so what this tells me about this “officer” is that he needs retraining , or better yet , he’s not cut out for this job so its time to let him go..go to court that is, and get his ass personally sued
“pulling a gun should never be used as a threat to get control”
Go to http://theconservativetreehouse.com/2015/06/08/the-full-story-of-the-mckinney-texas-pool-mob-inside-the-craig-ranch-subdivision/. Go 3/4 of the way down the page to the 7 pics stacked vertically and the action pointed out with red lines in the top 3 pics of the group:
– “Man approaches” [man in dark T-shirt, khaki shorts, and white socks]
– “Assumes shooting stance”
– “Reaches hand behind him like he’s drawing a gun Cop sees this out of corner of eye”
– “Cop draws on man”
– “Guy runs”
– “Signals Partner to go after guy who may have gun”
– “Threat is gone, Weapon is holstered”
You’re right that a gun should NOT be used as a threat to get control of a mouthy nonviolent crowd, but I have no doubt that when the internal investigation is completed, the cop will be found to have acted appropriately to the perceived threat of a man possibly drawing a gun.
I think the man in the dark T-shirt, khaki shorts, and white socks was a crowd agitator, a la Gladio part B riots and murders (see Sibel Edmonds interviews with Corbet, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AARtO88G5Ag) in the late 1900s. And I also think the scumbag commies manipulating the media are trying to whip up race riots and vandalism among the locals, especially since the psyop and (un)paid actors in Ferguson largely failed in that regard. And probably 6 months or a year down the road we’ll hear about the current McKinney demonstrators (black lives matter, you know) demonstrating again for being stiffed by Soros not paying them as promised for acting in the demonstrations.
You can see in this video clearly that the guy in the khaki shorts is a baggy pants wearing idiot who did run up on the cop and was pulling his pants up.

I’m sure the cop was not aware of what the guy was up to and the guy did run up on him. However, the pig brought it on himself by acting the way that he was. He was escalating the situation not de-escalating. He is lucky that no-one put a tire iron upside his head or did have a gun and put his pig ass face down in the dirt.
I don’t think that this was a planned or orchestrated event by the government. I’ve been in a similar situation when I was a kid and every male in my immediate family, including my grand-father went to jail. What started out as me creating a situation ended with the pigs coming to my house and started attacking everyone which prompted other family members to defend the family. Had the pigs been human they could have talked me into coming along or at least been calm and persuaded my family to assist them in getting me to comply. They were just interested in busting heads and then robbing us. Yes, they stole any and all firearms that we had at our house. We never got those back.
In summary, pigs just want to break balls, it is obvious to everyone and people are tired to bending over and taking it. But you are right Enbe, he will get off on this one as the guy did rush him.
This site has a lot of good info, but you sure do like to spread the poor black person got bullied by or shot by the nasty old white guy. What about all the white guys that are being killed, don’t you or anyone else care about them? Do you have to be black to count for anything? People of every color are dying all the time, it is not just black people. You need to stop posting these stories and helping the propaganda machine. There are many stories to choose from, try posting some where the white guy is being abused for a change. And don’t tell me it is important to get this stuff out there, this is pure crap and hatemongering and nothing else. If you gave equal creedence to all the races I would be fine with it, but you don’t. It is always the black guy killed by the white guy. I’m tired of it, shut up.
You obviously are new to this site or do not read past the articles. The points you are making have been made ad nauseum, both here on our site and on our broadcast.
James Boyd and Kelly Thomas, two white Americans, blatantly murdered and it had not one goddamn thing to do with the color of their skin. In the adverse, we cannot let the race pimps twist the screw the other way. We are not on here raising hell because a BLACK 15 year old girl was slammed to the ground and a gun wielded toward BLACK youths, but because this is yet another example of the communist police reign of terror being inflicted upon our people.
We are American nationals of the American race and we are way past looking at the pigment of one another’s skin. We will not dismiss what happened to these American nationals just because the race pimps are trying to use it to divide us.
This war is very defined, international communists vs. American nationals, and both come in all colors. And I hope you know that many black American nationals think just like you do and come on this site and say the same things you just said.
United we stand, divided we fall.
Well said, Henry….
Funny, this guy doesn’t look black…

One of dozens over the last year alone, Angel.
Guy must be ‘color blind’ when looking at articles on FTT.
Yup.
My guess is that he/she (can’t tell from the moniker) is a Newbie and spoke too soon.
Haven’t seen it before.
Not Laughing, you have not been on the site long enough to make such an assumption. We have posted many stories about white, red, brown, yellow, as well as black American Nationals and American Citizens who are/were abused/killed. We don’t only post about Blacks. We post about Injustice, manipulation, Control… regardless of skin color.
If you take the time to watch the first video piece in this link that I posted yesterday, you will see that people of All colors are represented:

“On your face!” he yelled at the girl, amid screaming from a crowd of onlookers.
I’m going to start saying that to people: “HEY, YOU! GET ON YOUR FACE!!!”
I disagree about the incident not being manipulated. Perhaps we’ll never know, but I find it very suspicious that two residents of the HOA community were so unaware of the HOA’s rules (these days you have to sign papers acknowledging you have received the rules documents and, thus, agree to abide by the rules) that they felt they could put on an event for 100 or 100s and that it would not instigate conflict between party goers and residents, particularly when the two resident party planners themselves would have to go through the ID-pass rigamarole just to be allowed to use that swimming pool.
But you are right, too, Samuel. Police are trained to act like screaming banshee A-holes, which, in my opinion, is meant to agitate regular peaceable people into violence (when they’re not being shot by the thugs in blue and then excused by the criminal JustUs agency).
“But you are right, too, Samuel. Police are trained to act like screaming banshee A-holes, which, in my opinion, is meant to agitate regular peaceable people into violence”
Enbe;
I agree with your above statement, but would amend it to address the fact that the “Training” the policy enforcers are indoctrinated with is specifically designed to bypass the normal reasoning process and deliberately take them to “Stage One Critical” mode any time they begin to feel the slightest bit uncomfortable, doubtful or less than the most dominant pig on the farm.
At “Stage One”, the training/ brain-washing creates in the mind of the enforcer that “you must make it impossible that you will not go home tonight”; even if the reality of the circumstances are significantly in favor of the victim not being armed, aggressive, threatening in any way, but only not completely and immediately throwing themselves into whatever arbitrary position or form of subservient posture the squealing pig is demanding of them.
I despise what the condition of our public square has become…..
We need to clean house.
I won’t say as if I’m sure that every ‘city’, township, etc. has it’s own police force. But, correct me if I’m wrong. Every city for the most part is ‘incorporated’=became a ‘corporation’. When one enters the ‘border’ of that area there is a sign with the date on it stating when that city/corporation began. My point is that ALL Corporations ARE NOT Constitutionally constructed/lawfully authorized Governmental constructs. They are ONLY Corporate constructs. All Corporations, have to have a ‘Charter’ which states there specific purpose/operation stated in their application for operation from the State wherein they want to operate. For the most part, The Corporation from which a cities police officers operate, are no different from McDonalds, or Wal Mart. employees. Their employees have limited powers over those who are ‘in’ their corporation. And that’s all they have other than the rightful laws written in our Constitution. If a Wal Mart Executive want’s something done/orders something done, that executive has no authority to tell a Mc Donalds employee what he can do, not do, or must do. Most of the people living in these ‘cities’ are not truly a car carrying member of the ‘city’ corporation. They therefore cannot call on them for help, nor are they subject to the police officers job, fears, feelings, wishes, expectations or delusions. Basically it’s like this. If someone decides he wants to rape his neighbors wife and he speaks to 3 of his neighbors to agree to help or take part in this evil act, and they agree to do so, the plan is evil, the act would be evil, and anyone involved would BE guilty of a crime punishable by death. Likewise when an employee of a corporation murders someone outside of their corporation like the cops are doing should be punished with the same result. The problem is the perceived lie that the Constitutionally run gov’t is in operation when it truly isn’t.
The cop just resigned. Wonder if he is facing any charges?
“Casebolt’s lawyer told KDFW earlier on Tuesday that the officer had decided to leave the force. Conley said that Casebolt’s decision to leave was voluntary and that he would continue to collect a pension and benefits.”

“Casebolt’s resignation was confirmed about one hour earlier by attorney Jane Bishkin, who told WFAA that the decision was made after a meeting with the department’s internal affairs unit to review possible charges her client could face.”

Saw it a couple hours ago on Yahoo news.
More dog & pony for the mindless masses.
Yup, and once again the cop gets off and continues to collect a pension & benefits.
Early ‘retirement’ plan.
😉
Earlier yesterday, my wife noticed two people on El Dorado Rd in Mckinney holding signs saying, “Support our police”. What a bunch of dumbasses!!! Wonder how much they got paid.
““On your face!” he yelled at the girl, amid screaming from a crowd of onlookers. While he did not agree with the officer’s profanity or belligerence, Embry said, police were right to respond. “That’s what they are supposed to do — protect us,” he said.”
Oh brother…..another brainwashed imbecile, spouting the “They’re supposed to protect us” crap. I guess we’ll be seeing him at the FEMA camp then, real soon.
“I don’t know any other way he could have taken her down or established order.””
Really? So roping off the area or monitoring the situation or just being there wouldn’t have caused the people to disperse? Especially when the teens were already dispersing when they got there. Instead the cop was doing somersaults for no reason and acting like an idiot. What a dumbass. Embry needs to be re-educated.
NC;
Not to be a “richard” about things, but I must disagree with the statement: “I guess we’ll be seeing him at the FEMA camp then, real soon.”
Just so we are clear on the subject, (and I KNOW;…. I’m not implying YOU believe we will wind up incarcerated in any FEMA facility, but make the point as straightforward as possible that )….. But I have no planned intention of ever seeing any of my fellow nationals in any camp, and the only possibility it might occur is if my team is ordered to relieve the base of it’s prisoners, and I see them walking out as free men/wimmen when our objective is obtained.
