PUBLIC NOTICE: Over 7 Million People Been Falsely Imprisoned By The Federal Government Without A Law

This public notice is soon to come out in the National Inquirer and a full page ad in USA Today.  A class action RICO law suit is soon to follow.

JULY 24, 2018

Do you have a loved one that was incarcerated or imprisoned under a federal law since 1948?  If you do, you may be entitled to relief in a class action lawsuit which is being prepared against the U.S. government and government officials involved.

History

The federal criminal code (Title 18) was enacted and codified in 1900.  That statute has never been repealed.  However, it cannot be used to imprison anyone because that would be a violation of the Fair Warning Doctrine.  A recodification of the criminal code was enacted by Congress in 1940.  That statute was repealed in 1948, and is no longer a law.

A re-codification of Title 18, the criminal code, was presented as House Resolution (H.R.) 3190 in 1948.  The House of Representatives voted on the bill on May 12, 1947.  The vote was 38 to 6 to pass the bill.  However 435 members were in the House in 1948.  A quorum would have required 218 members.  The quorum clause of the Constitution was violated and the bill was legally void at that time.

Ignoring the Quorum violation, the House sent H.R. 3190 to the Senate in 1948.  The Senate amended the bill, and sent it back to the House for approval.  The House approved the amendments, but never voted on the amended bill.

Congress adjourned sine die in the second session on June 20, 1948.  The Speaker of the House and President pro tempore of the Senate signed the bill on June 22 and 23, 1948, while Congress was adjourned and not in open session.  The bill signed was the bill passed by the Senate, but not by the House.

The President signed the bill passed by the Senate, but never passed by the House, on June 25, 1948 at 12:15 P.M.  However the President’s calendar shows he signed H.R. 3190 into law, the House bill, not the same identical required bill required by the Constitution to create a law.  Thus, the bill used to imprison American citizens since 1948 is not a law, and its use constitutes  fraud and obstruction of justice by any prosecutor and any federal judge which relies on it to take away a citizen’s rights.

Approximately 7.7 million people have been put in federal prison since 1948, all without a law.  Currently over 184,000 people are in federal prisons.  Approximately 10% of prisoners are citizens of other countries.  The United States countries be The United States has approximately 3 % of the world’s population, but approximately 50 % of the world’s prisoners.

In summary, no law has existed since 1948 to prosecute and imprison U.S. citizens.

  1. Oh, great. Another lawsuit…..this one probably filed by the C.I.A.

Everyone in jail is there illegally because their rights to due process via a common law court were violated in putting them there, but this stupid lawsuit, which will be widely published, will make the claims of sovereign nationals seem ridiculous by convincing the public they’re based on a “fairness doctrine” rather than the Bill of Rights.

  2. Everybody, step up and claim your check in the amount of 2.3 cents. That’s Class Action fer ya!
And, it’ll surely cost a few trillion to pay out, so that means we whippin’ boys get more taxes whippin our way!!
Fairness is bullshit. There is no fair, except of the county variety, but in any legal situation, just bend over and get it over with, cause the “BAR” players are the only gainers, everybody else loses.
