    1. LOL. Yeah, he rattles off some numbers and actually said the 14th too. What!!!???? I mean c’mon, this was not a mistake in my opinion. Geez, I never ever consider anything beyond that 10th Article.

      1. A LAWFUL sheriff would know the Articles of our Bill of Rights…. he did state he was not a scholar or an expert…..that was obvious….just another corporate code enforcer. Let’s hear his tune when the corporation applies coercion to enforce their policies.
