very true… and sad at the same time
Didn’t they say earlier that it had something to do with the architectural design of the building and that’s why it is whistling like that? I know that’s what they said about the ice falling and hitting the ground, but I do remember them saying the same thing about the whistling too.
Maybe the elite designed it that way to create a powerful evil presence by instilling more fear in the people and to scare them into thinking twice about messing with the elite. Kinda like the Eye of Sauron on Mount Doom.
Or maybe it is God’s way of warning people with the cries of 3,000 ghosts haunting the city on windy days.
