Koyote Mark you will refuse to call the police for help when a murderer/thief break into your home and threaten your family, or personal property? What does he being a police officer have to do with anything? Are you against the US having a military protecting you and your family for literally hundreds of years? This video is for teaching purposes, not judging ones career choice! If you want to criticize him for his opinions, that’s within your rights! But this section is us not here for you to criticize his choice of profession. Most people who have a problem with police/authority are people who have had a negative experience with them because of their own unruly behavior!

Two things.
One it is not just law, it is the SUPREME LAW of our land and ALL other legislation (laws, codes, statutes, etc) are REQUIRED to be in Pursuance thereof it in order to be LAWFULLY BINDING on the American people.
The Ninth Amendment says that we have other Natural Rights that are to be protected by those that serve within our government, not just the ones listed.
“The enumeration (listing) in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall NOT be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.”
– enumeration = listing
– deny = to say something is not true
– disparage = to belittle or degrade, put down
– retained = keep possession of
What are some of our other protected but not listed Natural Rights? Hunting, fishing, water (usage in all ways that humans have always used it – this is why when there is a water shortage corporations, companies & businesses, government offices are required to cut back first, shut down first), travel, farm, ranch, build homes & outbuildings, ponds, garden, etc, etc. Just like with the Second Amendment those who serve within our governments have NO LAWFUL authority over those things listed, and others not listed but are required to PROTECT them which is why our governments – state and federal – were created.
You are totally correct on pretty much everything you listed, just did not go far enough.
One thing all people seem to miss – remember that ALL states are to have EQUAL representation in the federal government. EQUAL does not mean that one Senator/Congresscritter has seniority, sayso over what the new members can do, join, put forth because it matters NOT when they started representing their state, but that they represent their state EQUALLY with the other states while serving within the federal government. See what I mean?
I know I did not say that well, but I hope the concept got through, because so many just accept that those that has served longer have more power within the Congress and that is NOT true or Lawful because that would mean that those states that have old reps repeatedly in office are represented more powerfully, unequally over the new reps.

These PIG’s and paying ISRAEL all the money donors and so on are giving that satanic league of losers bound for hell, for now gonna take whom they can with them, even though it don’t work quite that way, but EVIL is what it is, and IT is everywhere… These PIG’s need brought under control and then eliminated.. First thing though, we need to get our Land County Sheriff back in that vacant office and get him or her some deputies and get the local points straightened out, then we will have a base to work from.
People just need to understand the basic fundamentals of how all of this got started in the first place. In order to do that, one must understand the basic principals of Contract Law, and Common Law.
Common Law states that: Without an accuser in the form of another man or woman, accusing another man or woman of causing harm WITH INTENT, to their personal being, or property, there can be no crime.
Contract Law is the portion that people REALLY need to understand. I am by no means a law professor, or a law student of any kind, yet the fundamentals are super easy to contrive. Contract Law, which UNKNOWINGLY to YOU, and all of the other(mostly) people of this great nation of ours, were BORN into contracts!!!! You were born a slave!!! When you were born, your parents filled out an SS-5 form(Social Security), you were then “tagged” and “numbered”, and a fictitious ALL CAPS NAME on paper was created for you. Ever since birth, you have been signing government contracts(think about it, drivers license, fishing license, SS card, and many more), that were slowly STEALING your unalienable rights as a human being, which by the way are secured by the Bill of Rights under the United States Constitution.
That’s how they “trick” you into conforming with taxes, tickets, and other rules and regulations that they made up!!!
So how do you fix it then you may ask? Simple, FIX YOUR STATUS.
This can be done with 2 forms:
1.) File for a United States of America passport, and EVERYWHERE it asks “U.S. Citizen” your answer should CLEARLY be NO!!! You are not, and have NEVER been a “U.S. Citizen”, and never should be labeled accordingly. You should mark NO, because you are a Non-Citizen National of the Republic of the United States of America. Or, in very basic other words, A STATE CITIZEN.
2.) File a sworn and notarized affidavit of truth testifying that since birth, you were tricked and deceived into contracting with a fictitious government entity otherwise known as “the United States” – don’t believe me, look it up: 28 U.S. Code 3002 paragraph 15 section (a) – states 15: the United States means: (a) a Federal Corporation……
Since when does a corporate entity have the ability to impose on a truly free man, the laws and regulations that they make up that are NOT in accordance with the Constitution? NEVER. That’s when. You have been unknowingly and unwittingly consenting to their rules and regulations WITHOUT THEIR FULL DISCLOSURE, which makes ALL of those previous contracts you signed since birth null and void.
“But what about going to court?” you might ask. Well here’s the brutal breakdown: There ARE corrupt individuals who are “appointed” to judge duties, whom have no real control over you. All a person must do then is find a bailiff, or sheriff that has take the Oath of Office under Article VI Clause 3 of the United States Constitution, announce to them that you are entering the government building AND courtroom of your own free will WITHOUT PREJUDICE, while retaining all your right secured to you under the Bill of Rights, furthermore secured by the Constitution. Upon entering the courtroom, DO NOT go past the Bannister that they would have you THINK is for separation of individuals on trial and spectators. This is the main failing of those trying to take back their rights. Once you cross that bannister, you are entering FEDERAL jurisdiction and waiving all your God given rights. Just stand at the bannister, and tell the judge you are fine where you are, more or less, you should say something along these lines: Judge: Sir, could you please step forward
You: No thanks, I established common law jurisdiction upon entering this building and courtroom, and am doing so by standing here today
Judge: Mr. Whatever
You: No, FOR THE RECORD, My name is (first name only), nothing more, nothing less.
Judge: Do you have a last name?
You: I have a family/clan name, but that’s irrelivant here today
You see where I’m going? Use the same words to gain control over them, that they’ve been using to control YOU!!!! Simple as that!
To begin with, no contract in the united States can infringe on a right, as each contract is dependent upon the authority of the Constitution for its existence and authority. The 9th Article states that no authority can exist in the Constitution that can violate a right. It’s that simple.
As soon as you start quoting federal statutes like Title 18, you have acquiesced to the admiralty. You do not establish a common law jurisdiction in a building. You carry it with you everywhere you go, with the necessary knowledge to invoke it verbally or in writing, on the spot in every instance.
This is not done through federally legislated United States Code. That is their world.
It is done through the writ, which is a part of the common law, which belongs to we the people.
Yes, that’s where I was going. As long as you rescind ALL your signatures on ANY previous “contract” that you’ve signed with the State OR Federal government, you cannot be harmed or touched, so long as you don’t harm another being or their property with intent to do so. Like I said, I’m by no means a law professor, and have only the knowledge that I’ve found myself. I have personally recently filed my passport the correct way, and when the lady at the government center seen what I was doing, she literally asked me: “Looking to get out of corporate america huh?”, pretty stupid that the people working in government buildings KNOW these things, but are too afraid to stand up and fight. Well, NOT this man. I personally sent an email to my county sheriff letting them know who I was, and what I’m doing, and that I will NOT have my unalienable rights trampled on any longer. I’ve heard no response from him yet on that one. It’s just silly that most people “conform” to these rules and regulations imposed on them, and that they can’t see through the bullsh*t smoke and mirrors. I use a very good analogy to queue people into what’s going on, it goes like this, when people ask me what I mean by smoke and mirrors, I tell them: First, you must see through the smoke to the mirror, only then can you break the mirror and walk through. The “smoke” being the governments way of deceiving the good people of America into conforming, and the “mirror” being YOU and your STATUS in this world. Once you “break” the mirror(fix your status), then you can walk through the door to true freedom.
I don’t have to rescind any contract, as no contract that violates my rights and my free status can exist, as it is without authority, as any authority would have to ultimately come from the Constitution which the 9th Article says cannot exist. Hence any assertion to the contrary is simply met with a writ of mandamus ordering whomever to obey the law that is the 9th Article, the supreme law of this land.
I need no out through their legislative authority as they could never bring me in. Statutory laws are for statutory citizens. I am a free man, they do not apply. The common law, Bill of Rights, and the great writs are the only laws I recognize.

No, what they need to understand is that the “laws” so often used against them are “color of law”, pretend laws that are created by an agency, person, etc that has NO LAWFUL authority to create that piece of legislature.
They basically are statutes, and the ONLY people who are allowed to create any type of legislation that is binding on the American people are those that serve wtihn the House of Representatives and the Senate, even that MUST be “in Pursuance thereof” the US Constitution to be LAWFUL and binding.
The Bill of Rights is a PARTIAL list of all things still under, and only under, the authority of the people – they were NOT delegated to a branch or named office within our governments. The Preamble to the Bill of Rights makes it very clear that the people who serve within our governments are the ones that are forbidden to do those things, or may only do the action when certain circumstances has arisen, and even then, those actions taken MUST be done in a specific named-in-writing way. That all things that are required to be PROTECTED and DEFENDED by those that serve within our government are not all listed, but all must be protected by them.
“A constitution is designated as a supreme enactment, a fundamental act of legislation by the people of the state. A constitution is legislation direct from the people acting in their sovereign capacity, while a statute is legislation from their representatives, subject to limitations prescribed by the superior authority.” Ellingham v. Dye, 231 U. S. 250.
John Adams: “Property is surely a right of mankind, as really as liberty”.
James Madison: “Government is instituted to protect property of every sort; as well that which lies in the various rights of individuals, as that which the term particularly expresses. This being the end of government, that alone is a just government, which impartially secures to every man, whatever is his own.”
If you were not aware of it, our natural rights are also our property.
Take the NDAA, Patriot Act, Fast Track, agencies that make a law/etc and then go to enforce it, etc, etc, NONE of those actions are lawful, they are actually *terrorism against the American people being committed by those serving in whichever governmenal positions is implementing that action.
*28 C.F.R. Section 0.85 Terrorism is defined as “the unlawful use of force and violence against persons or property to intimidate or coerce a government, the civilian population, or any segment thereof, in furtherance of political or social objectives”.
“The basic purpose of a written constitution has a two-fold aspect, first securing [not granting] to the people of certain unchangeable rights and remedies, and second, the curtailment of unrestricted governmental activity within certain defined spheres.” Du Pont v. Du Pont, 85 A 724.
“The constitution of a state is stable and permanent, not to be worked upon the temper of the times, not to rise and fall with the tide of events. Notwithstanding the competition of opposing interests, and the violence of contending parties, it remains firm and immoveable, as a mountain amidst the strife and storms, or a rock in the ocean amidst the raging of the waves.” Vanhorne v. Dorrance, supra.
Basically, every “contract”, legislation, etc in order to be LAWFUL AND BINDING on the American people MUST be in Pursuance thereof the US Constitution. There can be no law, no treaty, no code, no type of legislation that will affect the American people created except by the people who serve within the positions listed, and then that legislation must always follow the US Constitution.
All natural rights are NOT listed, but they are required to be protected by those who serve within our governments. ALL contracts made must be in Pursuance thereof to be lawful and binding. If they are not constitutonal in creation and nature, they are not binding on the people. Yes, they may still be enforced, but that enforcement is *terrorism.
