Enforce our Bill of Rights
First they went on the premise, incorrectly I might add, that the “Patriot Act” is lawful here in the USA. It is NOT.
The reason I use the word “lawful” instead of “legal” is that I had it pointed out to me that “legal” does not mean what we normally think of as “legal”. It can be a “pretend” law.
“Lawful”: in accordance with the law of the land; according to the law; permitted, sanctioned, or justified by law.
“Legal”: the “color of law”, “appearance of law”, “pretense of law without the substance of lawfulness”, “misuse of power made possible only because wrongdoer is clothed with authority of state”.
The Bill of Rights is unalienable – untouchable, unmodifiable, LAWFULLY by anyone – federal or state.

So you see, what we have is a bunch of people pretending to be serving within our federal government, and within some state governments who actually do not have any LAWFUL authority because they did not follow or keep the contract agreed upon.
Isn’t it PAST time WE enforced OUR governments – yes plural – and have the rest of those criminal, traitorous scum thrown in constitutional sheriff’s prisons to wait until they can be prosecuted as the Militia of the Several states with actual governmental authority behind us – our LAWFUL and legitimate government?
It will be a real eye opener for most of us to actually be under our government EXACTLY as it is written. The arrests will be a real eye opener for those scum!

If our Bill of Rights is in effect, we do not act UNDER any government. The government acts UNDER the individual.
We are never going to get this fixed until some men with balls figure out they do not need the acquiescence of any collective to exercise self governance. The fact is this is the big problem, without someone in authority affirming that it is okay to do so, too many people are afraid to wipe the shit off their own ass.
By the way, this government is 110% corrupt, from the meter maid to the president, and if we put any of our guns under any state control, we will be just exchanging one illegitimate authority over us for another.
As long as the money flows anything can and will be acceptable.
Henry….this short statement is truely…ON….People, citizens, if we will….are not under any government….they themselves are the bunch who make up the rules! Any Gov rule that does not follow/align….with the peoples rule is null and invalid,…..period…
It’s not very difficult to follow….Problem is, as Henry says, people with balls to fulfill the requirement of their office……….
