The Wyoming Highway Patrol shared a terrifying video via Facebook on Friday to remind drivers how important it is to heed weather advisories.

The dash cam video was captured on February 7 near Elk Mountain, Wyoming, after three troopers responded to assist motorists who were involved in previous crashes on Interstate 80, according to WQAD.

“All we ask is that you please follow high wind advisories and closures when you are traveling in our great state. Even if you plan to travel at reduced speeds,” the highway patrol write on Facebook. “Hopefully this video illustrates why.”

  1. “No one was hurt, but the police car is presumed totaled.”

    CR@P!!!

Would much rather have seen the car uninjured, and the pig totaled.

  2. I’ve ran that stretch of I80 many times and it can be a wicked stretch of road. I lost part of my motorhome on it once.
