Got to thinking about the hundred mile drive to Medford and the back roads where there is no cell service. Got to thinking about a man who had an appointment to meet a sheriff and was ambushed and murdered. So I opted to do a whole bunch more work and file by certified mail with return receipt.
The Mandamus was constructed from our Bill of Rights and a couple of cites from the Library of Congress. I believe everything is pretty cut and dry.

I helped someone in a lawsuit by replying with a proof of claim.
I enumerated all their claims in order and sent it back. The court tossed out their suit for failure to prove all claims. They did not show proof of all claims so it was tossed regardless of some being proved.
They reduced their prize amount and went to small claims. There the judge looked at all the original claims, the other courts response as well as all previous contracts. The original 9k went to 4.9k and the judge awarded the plaintiff the small claims file fee as well as the amount in violation of contract. $430 later it was over.I
Not the same but just showing that process matters.

I have been doing this long enough to know when it becomes dangerous and it has come to the point that what we are doing is dangerous. LaVoy Finicum underestimated the ruthlessness of the enemy and it cost him his life.
In reality, the misspelling of the word shouldn’t matter, as the misspelling is corrected by the connection with the case number and the correct spelling on the shysters’ document. Also, there is no such word as injuntive, which makes one truly wonder why the spell check didn’t catch it, possibly because it was all in caps.
If the document is returned for correction, it will be corrected and resubmitted.
But everybody better understand, From the Trenches World Report is not a bitching/entertainment site, it is a threat to the international corporate mafia, far greater threat than a cite from the Constitution, which has been subverted, that says the government can’t own public lands claimed by the state. We are saying we are the superior authority in this country and no one can own us and we intend to back that assertion to the grave, theirs or ours, it doesn’t matter, they will lose.
So, continue the fight, knowing that it is a fight, or leave if this is just entertainment for you. And that is a message to all.

I see my own efforts in reading this, comprehending it, and I think of your efforts in writing it. In my book, HERCULEAN!! I love this: “the United States Corporation is the crime in progress.” Yes, on-going and in our face. To call it a crime in progress is to put a sense of urgency on the matter.
And in the consequent statements, the whole farce of the Admiralty sham is laid bare and totally invalidated, on both sides of the bench. Like killing two birds with one stone: the plaintiff and the court. Actually more than two: the U.S. Corporation, and ALL “actors” involved in the fraud. No one left standing.

Dang it, if the guy I thought was supposed to help me NOT go to jail over a seat-belt ticket and “failure to appear:” actually knew about this, I would not have felt I had to rely on this scam-artist (named Rick McLaren, leader of the bogus Republic of Texas movement…even Bill Cooper saw through his scam.
