The Doors playing Strange days
Lyrics:
Strange days have found us
Strange days have tracked us down
They’re going to destroy
Our casual joys
We shall go on playing
Or find a new town
Yeah!
Strange eyes fill strange rooms
Voices will signal their tired end
The hostess is grinning
Her guests sleep from sinning
Hear me talk of sin
And you know this is it
Yeah!
Strange days have found us
And through their strange hours
We linger alone
Bodies confused
Memories misused
As we run from the day
To a strange night of stone
🙂 😉
Jim Morrison, what can you say?
We just listened to my all-time favorite Doors song. The most expensive cd (double) I’ve ever bought was The Doors greatest hits – $30, and this song wasn’t on it. Had to buy a separate cd for it.
The Soft Parade.
What album was it on #1?
The Soft Parade, Millard.
Big surprise, eh? 😉
LOL
I was about to tell him, but you beat me to it. 🙂 😉

LOL… had it right in front of me. 😉
I take back my comment from yesterday regarding your “skills slipping” Angel-NYC. Give yourself a dime raise! LOL Thank you.
It all depends on When I am online. LOL 😉
From the 2nd Doors album released in 1967.
For #1:
Thanks, Angel. 🙂
